I've been staying here off and on for three years for business purposes. Out of all of the motels I stay at in five states, this one makes me feel at home. It's convenient to everything in the Northern Virginia and D.C. area. The manager, Rod, does a great job and goes out of his way to be helpful. The staff, parking, and motel is great!

No water pressure for shower in my room as well as another persons room that I was traveling with. Until this situation is corrected, I would not recommend this property.

The hotel it self is of a good standard & the staff are very helpful, which is something we have come to expect from Holiday Inn. Unfortunately the information on the Holiday Inn web site is miss leading, in that it states that a free complimentary breakfast will be provided. What it does not make clear is that only one person will recieve a breakfast for the first night stay. This information was only provided to us when we attended breakfast by the waitress & was a real shock, as my family (two others) were unable to participate in breakfast unless they paid for it. We also felt quite uncomfortable at breakfast, as the there seemed too many staff to customers, which put us off eating anything. Had we known about these conditions we would definately not have stayed at this hotel. We did however save our selves from further annoyance by electing to cut short our stay at this hotel, as it clearly did not suit our needs.

Internet did not work anywerhe but in the lobby for 4 of 7 days.
The fire alarm went off at 4 am because an elevator motor overheated. The 120 dB alarm went on for at leat 10 minutes waking everyone up. Fire trucks came. It took an hour for things to settle down.
Pool is tiny. God for kids under 8 yrs old.
Excercise equipment was adequate, but not really sturdy.

The Holiday Inn Manassas Battlefield is the best hotel in the area. If your looking for attentive staff, excellent customer service, and all around great place to stay- stay there. Can't say enough 5 Star service at an extremely affordable price. A++

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Our previous night was in an old 'redo' motel and had resulted in no sleep. We used the Holiday Inn's pool, the restaurant and we all took showers. Everything was clean. There were 2 adults and 2 children and we could fit in the 2 Queen beds comfortably.

Staff was great and friendly but the “complimentary” breakfast that is advertised on the website is not true. It only allows one adult complimentary and a 20% discount on other adults. Nice rooms but for the price it is not worth it since breakfast is not included
