Unfortunately we arrived late so we couldn't check out many of the hotel amenities. Wonderful location and easy to find October 21, 2014

Very welcoming and quick to check us in so we could be on our way up to Green Bay. Location was perfect as we live in Chicago, so it was nice to get outside of Green Bay a bit to shorten the trip home. October 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk I thought the check-in area was very small and uninviting. The clerk at the desk was not very helpful. We had a lot of questions because in our party of 6 we were traveling with a family member on oxygen full time. I didn't think the gentleman was interested in this matter. It was hard to get the information about the closest door to our room, since we were not familar with this hotel. He acted like we should just know. They did have a wheelchair that we could use, we found it on our own however. It would have been nice to have been told we had a refrigerator in the room. We did not see it until we were leaving.
