I travel a lot, mainly on the west coast so my first experience up north was great. The team members at this hotel were all nice and welcoming, very quick to help. The room was nice, clean, and had comfortable beds. Looks like a fairly recent renovation, they just should have up graded/dated the AC units in the room. Noisy and took forever to cool the room down.

My vehicle was in for service and my employer uses this hotel for customers. At first, I was taken back by the cost of the nights stay, without a complimentary breakfast, but the overall value still was good.

Upon check-in we received an upgrade. We had 2 rooms, one for a friend. 1 upgrade, the other room was not available for points to be used.
