Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Promise NOT kept My husband stayed at this hotel while on a job interview. He asked the front desk for awake up call which the guy at the desk arranged. The hotel then switched my husbands room and DID NOT switch the wake up call. The was NO CALL in the morning and he ALMOST missed his flight. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager and he apologized and said he'd look into it and call me back. The manager called me back, apologized again and said he'd give my husband back 20,000 points for the problem. That was the 1st week of July and to this day Aug. 31st the POINTS were NEVER but back on our account. That's not a way to do business. The customer should not have to chase after them. Will never stay there again or recommend. August 31, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and comfortable After a day of State Fair we just needed a comfortable, quiet place to spend the evening. The food and service Saturday evening were great! The servers at Sunday breakfast seemed disorganized and didn't appear to care about cleaning tables or helpinig customers that came in and sat themselves. I would stay there again though.
