Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Where was everybody Hotel was being shut down after we left. They had already started renovating some floors. No bar or restaurant open in the evening. Breakfast was barebones. Nothing left when I got to it the first morning Uncooked back the second morning that nobody dared to touch February 13, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Park and Fly very expensive Parking for Park n Fly was $15/night. Airport shuttle $18 each way. It's much cheaper to stay here then drive to the airport and park yourself than to leave your vehicle at this hotel for 5 days. Also, at the airport you get covered parking. February 5, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very bad hotel service I tried retrieving an item from Lost and Found, apparently no one in the hotel has access to this other than management and head of room services - and they don't work on weekends or return your calls. I was 10 minutes away from the hotel for 3 days and no one would access my item for me. Instead they sent it to my home address via priority shipping (which I asked them to send via regular mail) and it cost me almost 43$. Not impressed at all with the level of service I received. - The beds are very uncomfortable - Don't take advantage of the free breakfast either, it's very dry. go hungry for the morning or grab breakfast at a nearby restaurant - I will never stay at this location again and I am a very loyal IHG member. This experience put my loyalty in jeopardy. January 29, 2015

At the time of my stay it was undergoing much needed renovation work which added to the poor decor, but it should be greatly improved when finished. January 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, poor amenities, wifi, and appearance Having arrived later than usual was hoping to use the restaurant, but it was closed before 9PM on a Thursday. To make matters worse the vending machines were all out of order on the lobby floor and 2nd floor (I gave up checking after that). Wi-Fi was slow and intermittent disconnects and temperature in the room did not remain at comfort level. January 27, 2015
