They addressed anything and everything we needed, wanted and suggested even more! We fell in love with Brittany as if she was our own family. Everyone was so kind to us. As a woman traveling with a young son, it was nice to know that there were people TRULY looking out for us. This hotel made our stay in Nashville EXCEPTIONAL! July 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff & service. The location of this Holiday Inn was perfect. Close to all the sights. Within 6 miles of the Country Music Museum. Toured the winery and plantation which was close by. The downside was the air conditioning. We were expecting Central Air, but had a window conditioner instead. Could not adjust the louvers in the unit and was forced to have it blowing in our faces throughout the night. This would be the principle reason not to book this hotel again. June 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Remodeled hotel is a big improvement New beds are very comfortable. All the new furnishings are stylish Carpets are very clean as is the whole room and bath.. We appreciate your front desk staff especially Ashley. Shawn and Willie in maintenance have also been very helpful . The hotel is very convenient and is in walking distance of many restaurants.
