Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by my stay We just got home from the Holiday inn at Niagara falls NY.While over all our stay was nice and had a good time the was a few concerns.The day we left my wife saw some bugs in the bathroom,they were dead but still gives you the willies.Also the benches that they have outside need some work the wood is rotting and the bees were bad.The look of the outside needs some work paint pealing the flag that was flying all withered.But over all the bathroom needs the biggest hug cramped space and old fixtures. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Great view of falls We stayed here a few years ago and it wasn't the best then but now it is worse. Cleanliness of the facility was extremely poor so no tip for the maid. Women's hair floating on the floor along with some type of beans left use worried and not happy. Bed was worn out and pillows like rocks. Restaurant has little in the way of variety for people who want normal food, high end only. Heard banging all night, kept waking us up. We won't be back. September 20, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed stay at a world top location We're a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children 8 & 10) and we visited the Niagra Falls for 1day/1night coming from Toronto (previously Boston and New York) and continuing our voyage later to Washington and back to New York. We had a kind of outdated room with 2 double beds and a small bathroom. For the price we paid for one night this should have been better; or for the room we got this should have been cheaper. The top location near the falls kind of justifies the price but i believe the Hotel, incl. restaurant is (over) due for a major renovation. All in all, we liked our visit to the Falls, a must while being in the region obviously. The most positive note of our stay at the hotel was without a doubt the staff's friendliness. Very helpful reception staff for whom nothing was too much trouble ... and they had great senses of humour. Evening meal in the hotel restaurant was made extra special for us by Gina's careful attention to my wife's dietary intolerances and ensure problem items were omitted from her selections. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Room was comfortable Please help and plan checking in your guests 2 or 3 hours early than prescribed time of 4 PM. Anyway the guests are checking out by 11 AM. So you guys can always clean your rooms in 2 or 3 hours and help the guests check in by 1 PM or 2 PM instead 4 PM. Also try and provide complementary morning breakfast at least. that would be helpful to guests and a good value for money/Price your Hotel charges. September 11, 2014

While waiting in the lobby to check in, the ceiling was leaking. Definitely not worth the money. Breakfast wasn't good. I will Never stay at another Holiday Inn. August 25, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy staff The hotel was very busy, but it is in a prime location, so it was expected. Our bell boy was extremely friendly and very nice and he helped us with all of our bags, but the place was packed. Upon checking in most Holiday Inn's have free breakfast, but they didn't have it at this hotel and I was told that it is only at Holiday Inn Express. The front desk did give me a coupon for one free breakfast to be helpful which was nice.The room wasn't ready, but we were early so they helped me with another room. The rooms was kind of beat and the floors looked very old. The only issue I did have is that the staff in the AM that cleaned were very noisy and one staff member was opening every door and holding it open with the door stopper and it was loud and woke my room. Another staff member had his phone playing music and the cleaning ladies were very chatty. I did tell the front desk who handled the situation. Other thank that it was OK. August 25, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel The Room was clean, Both Faucets in the Bathroom Dripped. The Staff were Great! But Dining was terrible, Food on Buffet was barely warm. The Dining room was HOT, There were ceiling fans running and I saw Four portable air conditions running, But they were all set at 80 degrees. I am seeing a tend here, and I hope that Holiday Inn, steps but and corrects it, before their business goes down the drain. August 23, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Renovation Overdue Renovations to the hotel are overdue. Our room was located nearest to the Ice Machine which we could hear all night long. Staff used the guest lifts for moving laundry instead of using their service lift. This hotel had larger groups stay which makes lift access difficult. August 22, 2014
