Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing stay This is the third time I have stayed at Holiday Inn Niagara Falls and I was very disappointed this time. The rooms need to be renovated. The sheets were itchy, the bathroom was in a mess and some of the lamps were not working. The room also was smelling dirt. And the new restaurant isn't good either. The food was horrible and they were running out of it in the breakfast buffet. The only advantage of staying here is the hotel's proximity to the falls. September 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Restaurant The hotel was fine but the restaurant associated with this property had consistently poor service for dinner and breakfast. The staff ignored newly seated guests causing many to leave after waiting more than 30 minutes for service. This is unacceptable in a tourist town. There seemed to be no oversight of servers or orders being taken and delivered. The desserts were over microwaved and had freezer burn. HI should install their own breakfast area and should disassociate from the other chain that they are currently using for meals. September 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fire Alarm Two flase fire alarms were on during my stay. The first was around mid night and the secon was around 5AM. I asked the staff what happened. Both of them were false alarm. The hotel staff told me that the Holiday inn Hotel was nothing wrong with these false fire alarms. One of my colleague could not sleep very well. No proper explanation and apology! I was disappointed that the staff poorly responded to the issues. I stayed in this hotel before. Now new restaurant is on. I had breakfast.
