I really enjoyed staying here. My wife and I were in town doing some christmas shopping. They staff was excellent and the Hotel was great for us. We look forward to staying again.

outstanding she should be the trainer for your company in customer service. She has an outstanding personality and very efficient at her job
I hope she wins the lottery because she did with me.
I hate traveling but she made my stay fantasic

2nd stay at this hotel for location close to hospital. I was told that being a platinum member no longer came with any upgrades, such as free breakfast coupons, if I was using points to pay for my stay. Front desk person absent many times. The bed was comfortable. Nothing special.

Good value, friendly staff and clean facility. Bar closes early though so I had to go elsewhere for late night food and beverage.

The hotel is very clean and I was impressed how quiet it was for a Friday night/Saturday morning. There was zero outside noise from my hotel room. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the Coconut Lime Verbana shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion from Bath

We used the room only. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel reps were extremely helpful. Was able to book the room on short notice via IHG rewards App. We were also able to checkin at 11am which was very helpful.
