Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good facilities Had a great stay, the leisure facility was good and we had a meal at the bar which was very nice but the menu was rather limited. On arrival we received a phone call after 10 min to make sure we were happy with our room, which we were clean tidy and quiet even though near motorway we could not hear the traffic. Breakfast was of good value plenty of choice and the chef ensured that nothing ran out. My only issue was the pillows they were so soft and it was not till the next day that I realised that there was a note saying if unhappy they could be changed which was my error, this is a nice touch as not everybody likes the same pillow, I will bear this in mind for next time, which I hope there will be as we all had a lovely time...thank you :) June 10, 2013

The staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. I can't speak too highly of our stay at the hotel. Will certainly be stopping here again next time we visit Oxford. June 8, 2013

If it was not for business, I would have gladly stayed at another hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous... probably the only good point in another wise dissapointing stay. May 23, 2013
