Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Early breakfast and coffee. I booked this room with a rewards night. This is one of the few Holiday Inn hotels that provides coffee 24/7 for their guests. Also the breakfast was available for early travelers. The staff was very friendly. July 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay The staff was excellent and the most polite I have ever encountered in all of my travels. Very tentative to mine and my boyfriends needs. Always helpful and always respectful. The staff really goes above and beyond. The only negative thing I have to say is that the breakfast is not included for all guests. Which was not the impression I was under when I booked our hotel. The website led me to believe it was complementary. Other then that the stay was wonderful. July 21, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by New Management We have stayed at this location on several occasions. This was over July 4th weekend so it may have made a difference. We were in a different wing this time and the bed and room were extremely comfortable. However, the carpet always felt damp. I' m not sure if that is the cleaning method or if they spray something. Our room was in the "pet friendly" section, so we were awakened one morning by a barking howling dog. There is a bar available in the evening. I spotted a bottle of Bombay Sapphire, and asked for a gin and tonic. "Sorry. We don't have any tonic water. I' ll put it on the list." They didn't have sparkling water either. I asked the second night of our stay, and they were still out. The third night, "my supervisor hasn't been in to sign off on my order". Evidently they haven't read any Steven Covey business practices. July 7, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location, above average accommodations Great location, with several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I was not familiar with area but used a rewards night as a base for several activities planned in a 10-15 mile radius. Staff was very nice and grounds/pool were well kept. We had a suite with lots of room for spouse and 2 kids. Bathroom was a little outdated and there was a wall phone behind toilet, which was both strange and creepy to us. But overall a quality stay and we wished that more of the hotels we stayed in during in our 7 night southeastern US tour were like this one. July 5, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome staff - rooms were disappointing overall What an awesome staff this facility has. They were helpful, accommodating, and friendly at all levels. It is what made our stay so pleasurable. Sadly, the rooms were some what outdated; the rugs were dirty and smelled, beds and mattresses were bumpy and uncomfortable, and the kitchens are barely functional not enough utensils, cups, etc. The facility was quite clean but not enough to get the awful smells of mold and every other stuffy entity that can get stuck in fabrics out.
