Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome staff - rooms were disappointing overall What an awesome staff this facility has. They were helpful, accommodating, and friendly at all levels. It is what made our stay so pleasurable. Sadly, the rooms were some what outdated; the rugs were dirty and smelled, beds and mattresses were bumpy and uncomfortable, and the kitchens are barely functional not enough utensils, cups, etc. The facility was quite clean but not enough to get the awful smells of mold and every other stuffy entity that can get stuck in fabrics out. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Holiday Inn This hotel is in need of a major update. It definitely does not meet the standards for what I expect in a Holiday Inn. The bar area and restaurant are essentially what you would get at a Holiday Inn Express. The bar isn't even a bar; it only has 3 bar stools. The restaurant isn't a restaurant; they just serve warmed up food just like a HI Express. The business center consists of one computer on a folding table in the lobby. The interior is very worn throughout. The only good thing is the Staff was excellent. June 20, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by my stay the fire alarm went off at about 1am, the manager on duty didn't know how to turn it off because it was his first night closing alone. I had to pay 10 for a continental breakfast. overall it wasn't bad hotel, the staff was great June 15, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by One of our favorite properties totally disappointing This location has always exceeded our expectations in the past, which makes our latest stay all the more disappointing. A fire/smoke alarm had been going off intermittently since 2:00pm and finally drove us out at 1:30 am. Those things happen, but what really disappointed me was the fact we got no call or bill adjustment from the manager after the desk clerk told us he had already left a note for the manager. We'll stay at this location again, however management missed a chance to provide the outstanding customer service we have come to expect from IHG brands. May 29, 2015
