Very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Peterborough, Room overlooked river, very quiet, lovely pool area with indoor/outdoor pool and awesome starlight night sky views.
Cleaning staff extremely friendly
Will plan to return soon.

Hotel and front desk staff barely recognize Priority members. No upgrade, no special treatment or even acknowlegment of membership. Bed was rediculously hard.
All that said the restaurant staff and Sunday Brunch are spectacular. You will be hard pressed to find better food or staff. Perhaps they should manage the front desk ???

The door lock was found out of order just after checked-in. It wasted a lot time for the hotel technician to repair. I believe this could be avoided by better supervision and quality control.

I stayed for 2 nights for business. The restaurant was fabulous and all staff were very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when in town

Another great weekend at Holiday Inn Waterfront in Peterborough. Love that there is a full service restaurant on site. We have stayed here ever since our daughter started at Trent University.

This hotel is not set up well. The elevator is far from the lobby. It is more of a motel style. The room was clean, but the bathroom dated. The internet service was extremely slow. It took minutes for web pages to load. I was unable to do my work in the evening. When I contacted the front desk to see if the internet was working properly, I was advised that it was... and that the bandwidth was purposely lowered so that people would not watch movies or videos. If you need to do any work over the internet, stay at another hotel.

The hotel had great views of the river. A very good fitness center and pool (right next to the fitness center). The resturant food was excellent! You do not have to leave the property to relax!

Was in town for a wedding and wish I would of booked another night! Room was clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view. I loved it! Would defiantly come back!
