Missed shuttle by 2 minutes to go there so took a taxi instead of waiting half an hour. Was disappointed to learn that the shuttle was fully booked for when I needed to leave early in the morning. The staff booked and paid for a taxi instead. February 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A haven after a hectic day After a hectic schedule of travel from the south pacific through LA we were subjected to immigration problems, flight delays and lost baggage. Arriving at the Holiday Inn we were greeted warmly and the receptionist ensured we had enough toiletries for our needs. The room was extremely comfortable and it was heavenly to be able to relax in a comfy bed. The restaurant service and food was also good. We awoke refreshed and our lost bag was also found. Certainly a haven from the cold world outside. The shuttle service was also praiseworthy, on time and delivered us to different parts so we could check-in and also recover the lost bag.
