Traveling and needed a place to eat and rest. Could not have asked for better. Late arrival and early departure did not allow me to enjoy all amenities this location had to offer however, I was able to grab a quick bite and cold drink from the lounge before retiring for the night.

They handle things good here only thing I missed was the buffet breakfast.....................rooms are clean and the coffee is good along with a polite and attentive staff

My room was very clean and the decor is very updated. The staff was very professional and friendly. My schedule did not allow me to actually use the amenities of workout facility and swimming pool but I did visit and both areas looked very clean and maintained. The location is right next to a mall and Interstate 77 which is also convenient.

While the hotel was fine, I never got to experience the restaurant. Someone decided that hiring some forth-rate karioke singer to "perform" during dinner, and more importantly during Monday Night Football - was a real great idea. Of course the restaurant was empty as all of us business travelers trudged down to the Applebee's to watch the game. Wonder how much that singer makes...

All staff members were very friendly. The dinner was very good.
Room big and comfortable and clean. Bath very nice.

Very nicely done on this HI, decor is great, bar is great, food was good too, a little pricey. The hotel rate was a good value and HI corporate should strive for such rates at more locations.

Helpful staff. Good food. There was an issue with our initially assigned room. The manager and desk staff dealt with the problem immediately, and to our complete satisfaction. Problems sometimes occur during travel. How they are solved is the test for the service industry. Our experience suggests this hotel has an exceptional management team. Highly recommended.

The only problem I had was the squeaky bed. Any move you made the bed would squeak and was pretty annoying since I have to more a lot to get comfortable &when talking to my co-workers that stay in the hotel as well some of their beds squeaked too. Another then that everything was fine. Rooms were very nice &clean. Staff was pretty friendly.

We are priority club members and this is the first hotel that really made us feel special for it. The front desk clerk went above and beyond to make us feel special and to be accomodating. I was very impressed and this is the best I've been treated so far at any Holiday Inn. Thank you!!

This was my first time both at this hotel as well as in Rock Hill, SC. The hotel is relatively new and was in very good shape. My room was comforatble and clean. Room service was quick and accurate; the food was good. I would definitely return to this location!

I spent my priorty club points on 2 nights but I wasnt able to get the same room that I spent my nights on ( I usally get a King executive but using my points I was ony able two queens). This Holiday Inn did not have a courtsey Breakfast ( Only Holiday Inn That I stayed in that didnt have one) The restaurant was quite expensive fro the breakfast buffett and dinners. I went right around the corner and save about $15.00 per breakfast/dinner compared to what I would have paid at the hotel.

This inn seems to favor the corporate traveler above the needs and comfort of the weary senior citizen, single night, visitor. This inn failed to recogonize my priority club priviliges and provided no discount for even the basic holiday inn breakfast. I will not stay at this inn again.

This room is not very handicap accessible. While the room was huge, the bathroom sink area was very small. Could not accomodate any grooming equipment. No light above sink to aid in putting on makeup, brushing teeth, etc. While the accessible handicap shower had a drain, most of the water spilled over into the lavatory area where there was no drain, thereby causing the room to flood and leak into the lobby below. The room did not accomodate for a handicap person as the relaxing chairs were "slipper chairs". Not appropriate for a person that needs arms on a chair to aid in getting out of it. The microwave/coffeemaker area had no light as well. Had to move the microwave in order to plug in the coffeemaker as there was no other accessible outlet. Only a tabletop ironing board was provided but there was no table top onto which to put it. Had to use the desk. The desk was only means to put other things like a curling iron; laptop; ironing board; just to name a few. Most of my things had to be left on the floor. Poor lack of use of space.

spotlessly clean, quick and easy check in and check out, very efficient housekeeping. Wish there were more choices for breakfast- the restaurant is very expensive.
