The hotel was clean and on point. The bar staff was funny and witty, I was happy that I choose Holiday Inn Rock Hill to stay on my trip! June 30, 2015

You had my information and took it upon your self to charge my card I was told I would receive a credit in 5 days . Well it took you 5sec to charge me , I have stay at H.I. on a regular basis and have never encounter this charge . June 27, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rewards members recieve less value Although the room rates are higher at this property its value to Rewards members is not as good as at Holiday Inn Express properties with the complementary breakfast. Breakfast at this property cost over 12 dollars and no newspaper in the morning. The staff did not acknowledge my Rewards membership. June 24, 2015

However, my stay was excellent and I felt very safe after finally stopping at 9PM from Miami on my way to Blowing Rock, NC. I am in my 70th and was traveling alone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again for my next road trip to NC. June 24, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by nez1 The stay was fine, but the billing afterwards was not. The front desk double charged us said that I had told the other front desk clerks that I was paying for 2 rooms. I never said that. I figure the hotel had accidentally double-swiped our card and that they would take care of it. Instead, the front desk told me to call the guests that had stayed in 2nd room to see if they could charge them for the room, and the front desk clerk gave me that guests' phone number. I can't believe that the front desk clerk gave out another guests' phone number! The whole situation is bizarre- especially since the other guests had already given their credit card to pay for their room 10 minutes before we arrived. We don't know the other guests. The front desk clerk was argumentative and rude and didn't listen to the bizarre story that he told me. If he had, he would have realized that there was some kind of communication error. I had to call Customer Care and my credit card company to try to resolve this. June 23, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A bit pricey for accomodations Be careful to notice variable rates per night. Overall for the area, this hotel is expensive for multi-night stays. I have become accustomed to lite breakfast being available and included with rate, this hotel has a full service restaurant. Even the lobby coffee is extra. June 18, 2015
