Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our Lucky Day It was a lucky day for us when we discovered this particular hotel. Our daughter and family live very near by and each time we've stayed with you it has been wonderful. Bedding was clean and beds very comfortable. Thank you. January 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient for a short stay The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. It had mini refrigerator, coffee maker, flat screen TV (no HD channels), sufficient storage. The furniture and finishes were in very good condition. Another very useful feature was the pull out sofa. It came in handy since the bed's mattress was a little too hard for me. The bathroom was clean and modern. Thou whoever designed the sink did not calculate correctly where to put the spout. It was too short and the water ran too close to the wall and over the edge of the sink. It was a challenge to wash hands and face. The heating unit was too noisy for us, so we turned it off for the night. Fortunately, the room didn't cool down too much. January 13, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cannot recommend I didn't find this hotel, and I presume the Holiday Inn chain, able to provide the variety and quality of services for travelers that I have found in other similarly priced hotel chains. January 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Free airport shuttle Was happy to have a free airport shuttle and a comfortable bed to rest. January 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by December Trip This Holiday Inn offers an excellent Stay-Park-Fly Package out of SFO. Everything about the hotel January 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable room and good food I enjoyed my stay here. I have stayed at several HIE's and like them very much. Seems to be a very good value. January 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value This hotel is located very close to the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay, especially considering the cost of the room. January 1, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Never again! This is the 2nd time I stay here and will definitely be my last. I may even stop using my IHG Rewards Club card and go back to my other Rewards Club.  The very first time I've stayed, a guy by the name of Ramsey did NOT provide any customer service. I entered the hotel in the evening and he was in the back speaking with a friend so I had to wait for him to finish before he helped me. He asked if I was checking in and that was the ONLY greeting I received. Never was I greeted properly or even acknowledged as an IHG member like I do at other hotels as they tell me that they have my membership number on file. He then gets on the walkie talkie to see if a room was available and then tells my husband and I that our room will be ready in 10 minutes. Mind you, it's in the evening so I figured our room would definitely be ready by now. Then I ask Ramsey for late checkout since being an IHG member, that is a benefit and he tells me there is no late check out. Ooook, I get into my room and just wanted to relax and I figured I would talk to someone more friendly and knowledgeable in the morning. That's exactly what I did and had no problem getting a late checkout with the front desk person.  Second and last experience just happened Christmas night. I checked in at night time after festivities at a family member's home nearby. I go to check in and a girl at the front desk says she needs an ID and Credit Card. Ok, no hello, no good evening, no thank you for being an IHG member, no happy holidays, no smile. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Ok, maybe she's a scrooge. I just wanted to get into my room since my husband and I were hauling in a bunch of gifts and we were beat. I ask her for a room with a microwave because I have left over food from our family's gathering and get no response. She gives us a room key and of course I ask for late check out. Again, we get told there is no late check out. Now, this is starting to get frustrating because not everyone is on the same page at this hotel. My husband asks her what are the benefits of being an IHG member and she responds (no joke!) "Nothing. Everyone is the same. Everyone pays." My husband tells her that that is incorrect and she should read up on the benefits because we've never had any problems at any other hotel that we get through being an IHG member and that she should to be so rude cause she may lose her job for not being informed and being so rude. She tells him "Oh, no I won't. I'll just get transferred out." That upset me to get a response like that after being so rude. I get to my room and no microwave. My husband goes downstairs to ask if there is a microwave we can use somewhere in the building and the same girl just replies "No." Well, thanks a lot! I am sure somewhere in that huge hotel, there is a microwave somewhere since you didn't want to give me a room with one. So, my husband is forced to buy us food at the restaurant downstairs. The Spanish guy who helped there was very friendly and helpful. On my husband's way back to the room, the front desk girl calls him over and tells him she can give him a check out time of 12:30pm. When I call the next morning to remind the front desk person, so the housekeeper won't come knocking in the early morning, Ramsey answers the phone. I tell him what room number I'm calling from and then ask him what time check out time is and he tells me 11am. I tell him that last night I was given a check out time of 12:30pm so I'll just stick with that. Then I get a call at 12pm and my husband answers and it's Ramsey telling us that check out time is at 11am like he does not recall the conversation I just had with him like an hour ago.  They also NEVER give me the points I choose for staying there. I always have to call like a week or 2 later asking for it. So, needless to say, this hotel has the worst employees I have ever dealt with and they DO NOT have their stuff together. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. January 1, 2015
