Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Very old fashion hotel The location of the hotel is great other than is down the hill, need for an updating ... The staff have no idea of the offers in the web site... I booked a package bed dinner breakfast ... We sleped with no dinner as the staff did not know about the package. The next day the manager apologise and give as 25% refuned ... Spoil my experience. More training and strong management updating the rooms is a must... April 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing stay I took my son for a weekend treat as we found a room that was great value. At reception we were given an upgrade to an Executive room and a voucher for a drink and snack in the bar. There were ample refreshments in the room and high quality amenities in the bathroom. We used the pool on Saturday and on Sunday. We enjoyed dinner on Saturday night. The only glitch was breakfast was extremely busy. No tables were available but it was no problem for the staff to seat us in the bar on a comfortable sofa for our bacon and eggs. We had a late checkout to make the most of our stay. Free wifi worked perfectly and we were able to print a couple of documents in the business centre. April 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A home away from home This really is my 2nd home, it is in a lovely location, I spend around 60 - 70 nights here throughout the year. the staff are professional and very polite, always remembering my name, and have a warm friendly manner. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and well presented. The room service is always quick and to a high standard, and the breakfast room is always a lovely way to start my day. April 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Another stay Spent 4 nights this time, was upgraded on arrival. Room and service was good. Special mention regarding the receptionist Alix. She is a real credit to your hotel, excellent customer service. Unfortunately real disappointment was the food, this time, in the evening. It was tasteless and bland, which is unusual as it is pretty good. April 27, 2015
