Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Business trip Definitely and older hotel with room for improvement. Internet worked well and I was pleased with that as I was in town for business. Parking was okay. Staff was not the most attentive to my reservation. Reserved one room and received another with no point made to rectify. March 31, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall good experience with a couple of hiccups Overall, I had a good experience staying at this location. However, there were two hiccups at the start of my visit which caused me great concern. The first is that when I first went to the room, my card key swipe would not work. I had to travel a long way back to the front desk. The manager on duty greeted me and took a look at my key card. She did something to it and then said she would walk back with me to make sure it was functioning properly. When we got back to the room, I tried the key card and it didn't work. The manager took it and pulled the key card in/out very rapidly over and over and the door finally worked. She opens the door and says, see it works. And she turns around and leaves before I could open my mouth to say anything. The next morning upon getting ready, I realized I had zero hot water. It would not even get lukewarm! This made for a very unpleasant getting ready experience. When leaving I told the front desk staff about the hot water and the key lock. They reported it to maintenance. When I returned to the hotel later that day, both items were corrected. I was very disappointed in the manager who was not proactive to tell me that she would have maintenance look at the lock. I was disappointed that the hot water was an issue to begin with. After those two issues were resolved, I enjoyed my stay. P.S. Fitness center is tiny, tiny! March 12, 2015
