Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Filthy carpet and noisy air conditioning Rest of room okay after an application of earplugs to sleep. Honestly sounded like an old prop plane taking off till it got going each time it cycled on. Food quality good but pricey for what you get. Super good bread pudding. Definitely not our usual experience with Holiday Inn Group. Carpet was vacuumed but horribly stained. Giving it a Yuck feeling to feet. November 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Location but Needs Work The location of this hotel was convenient for my business purpose and with the addtion of restaurants at the next exit it became an good option. There are very limited eating options on the exit with the hotel. I did have some issues with the room that the facility management attempted to resolve. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom needs some work. The front desk staff is friendly, but I'm not sure if it was genuine. November 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Review The purpose of our stay was to visit with friends. Staff and Service were excellent. Also, very convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel although I thought the food was a bit pricey. On the other hand their service and extreme courtesy outweighed this issue. Second, we had problems controlling the room temperature. It was a computer glitch. Eventually it was fixed. The engineering staff is great. There are nice personal touches, like free coffee and chilled water 24/7 available in the lobby. Also, when the restaurant is closed the rooms have a microwave and refrigerator. In the lobby you can purchase a microwavable meal if you arrive late and are hungry. I enthusiastically recommend this hotel. November 2, 2015

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, as in I didn't wake up in the middle of the night tossing and turning. Staff friendly and took the time to greet us and inquire if we needed anything. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service Staff was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean however the a/c did not work great. Sometimes the room was quite humid which made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Also could hear conversations and noises in the hallway. The food in the restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Overall a good value. October 27, 2015
