The front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. The wait staff in the dining room (A.M. breakfast) were friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and comfortable! Thank you for a wonderful Family Day week-end!!

I had a few issues on arrival that were quickly resolved by an attentive and caring staff. I was checking in after a very long day and the staff at the hotel quickly turned my experience into a great one.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times when on business in Sudbury. Everything about it is a great stay. I always take the King room with the work station and it works out well. Room and bed are large and very comfortable. It is a quiet hotel except last week a 2am we had a fire alarm, nice to know it works. I will be staying here next week for 3 days. Highly recommended for business traveller.

I travel alot to sudbuy and always stay at the this Holiday Inn... the atmosphere and the staff are just great
and the Pool is always warm and inviting.....

Had previously spoke to a gentleman about issues fitting in bathroom and on toliet because I am handicapped. He was wonderful and fixed all of my issues and we just loved our stay.
I will be going to the doctors every 2- 4 months and this is the hotel both myself and my driver will be staying!!
Thank you Holiday Inn for taking such good care of us !!

From the very beginning at attempts to book, this experience was a nightmare. A month prior to my arrival date I tried to book rooms with this hotel. After multiple times of contacting the hotel directly and being hung up on and being put on hold for extended periods of time, I contacted the toll free reservations desk. When i contacted them they told me they could not book my reservation that i had to directly call the hotel. I told them that i have tried over and over then they put me through to a customer service specialist who told me she would contact the hotel for me and get soemone on the line to book with. Once this was done the staff at the hotel was not helpful or pleasant. I was booking 5 rooms for 2 nights each and she assured me that it was done. I requested a confirmation email that did not arrive. I contacted the hotel again to check on the email and 3rd party billing request only to find out that only 1 room was booked for 2 nights. Argh! I then asked to adjust the reservation for the 4 additional rooms and to please have the confirmation and 3rd party request sent asap. The front desk person said "I already sent you that!" I replied that i had not rec'd it. After a huff, she said well i guess I'll send it again. Turns out she had sent it to the wrong address, after not recieving for the second time when i called and spoke to someone else to verify the address. I did not enjoy the exeperience at this hotel at all and i will not be recommending it to visitors to the Sudbury area. I often stay at the Holiday Inn and this is by far the worst experience I have had with this chain.

From the time I walked in till I left I felt unwelcomed.
I was not welcomed to the hotel.
I was recognized as a priorty Club member and certainley not Platium.
No upgrade was offered and when I asked for one I was met with distain as in how dare I requested this from him,so much so that I just accepted the room offered.
I was not offered a welcome gift of any sort.
The room smelt like a Jym locker and the toilet seat was broken,great start.
Internet was poor and itermittent.
No morning newspaper at the door.
No express checkout,you must go to the lobby and get in line.

New outside looks like property has been updated but the room was dusty with food and paper bits under both beds. Carpets need cleaning desperately.
I try and stay at all holiday inns across Canada to accumulate points but I will not stay at this property again

A quiet nice stay. The hotel is a little dated but manages to keep it's property clean and the staff are excellent.

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn in Sudbury at least once a month now for 14 years - I have never had a bad experience or one that was not quickly corrected by the great staff!
