Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Newly renovated -- awesome!! Absolutely love the new changes. Everything is great. The only minor negative since the upgrades has been the TV's. They seem to be on some sort of permanent "Eco Mode" and the picture is always dark. There are no settings to change this and a call to the front desk indicates that there is no Master remote with access to more functions to remedy this. A suggestion was to change the lighting in the room as they thought it could be related to that, but that didn't work. Other than that, everything is perfect. I am consistently upgraded and my Platinum status always recognized. Outstanding service. April 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful newly renovated lobby I was pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous newly renovated lobby. Not all rooms have been upgraded yet, but even the 'older' one we were assigned wasn't all that bad (no upgraded rooms were available when we checked in). Have stayed here many years ago and what a difference (doesn't even seem like the same hotel)!!! April 29, 2015
