Check in matched up with our discussion on the telephone prior to booking this long term stay. Pricing was fantastic and the staff are prepared for our arrival and departure every week. Friendly staff, great rooms looking forward to another couple of months.
Blame COVID not the Staff, they do the best they can.

Most of the amenities were off limits under the label of COVID restrictions so there was little to do other than kick back an relax. It was clean and quiet.
Would Stay again.

Very happy with our stay.
Besides the bed being a bit uncomfortable and the garbage remote, our stay was pretty good. very impressed with the cleanliness of washroom and the room itself.The Shower was relaxing.
The heater was noisy but I think that goes for most hotel heaters/ AC units.

Hotel is okay, from a guestroom perspective but there are no other amenities available. With Covid restrictions the bar and restaurant are closed so plan on bring your own food.There has been some effort to give the rooms a facelift but it is an old building underneath.
Adjoining rooms with a door should be avoided unless the other room is unoccupied as the walls and door allow noise to easily travel.
The Air Conditioning unit and the neighbours voices impacted the ability to sleep.

No accessible facilities, bathroom very small, no comfort height toilets, no room service or access to food, no microwave to reheat food brought in.

We felt very comfortable at this hotel during this crazy time in the world. All areas were clean and santizer available.

We always stay at the Holiday Inn. We enjoy the comfy beds and the service is usually great. Our last experience was good but we didn't appreciate being disturbed by housekeeping even when our Do Not Disturb was on the door. More then once and after housekeeping found out we were a late check out, continued to be loud with slamming doors in the hall. I'm not impressed!

The stay was as expected. The staff are friendly, though a little stiff and robotic. The room was decent, but the under cabinet refrigerator had a significant amount of dust on top and down the sides. No breakfast available due to COVID.
