Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, pleasant experience. This hotel is nicely appointed when entering the lobby. There was some face lifting being done during our stay, but it did not effect our enjoyment during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was very nice. It was white so it would have been easy to spot stains or evidence of misuse, but none was apparent. The only issue was that the mattress was slipping off the foundation, not enough to bother sleep, but enough for me to notice. It was not fixed during our stay even though it would be obvious to the housekeeping staff when they changed the bedding. The towels and washcloths were thick and very nice. The bathroom was relatively clean, but I am a neat freak and did notice that not much attention was paid to the corners, which were dark and unclean looking. The same was true for the rest of the room. While it was clean, it would not have passed a white glove inspection. We received a warm reception at the front desk when we checked in and each time we passed the desk on our way in or out. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. All in all a very good experience. I would go back on my next trip. August 11, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best, wouldn't return.... I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Hotels, and this by far was the worst. I was really disappointed in the construction work that made it difficult to rest, not having easy access to electrical outlets and the bugs that were in the rooms and everywhere. When hotels allow pets, they should have certain rooms that the pets can be in, just as smoking. You never know what allergies people may have. August 7, 2014

When you head down to the bar, you greeted politely and served promptly. The room was clean and room which is what I have come to expect from Holiday Inn. I recommend this location for business and personal travel. At the time I was there they were re-modeling but it didn't take away from my stay in any fashion. Can't wait to return. July 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by home away from home I was at the hotel waiting for a load to get out of town. I ended up being there 7 days. The staff were wonderful, very helpful from housekeeping to managers. Everyone was very kind and treated you like family. If back in the area will stop in again.This location also worked for us because I have a dog that travels everywhere with us. They are pet friendly. July 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A nice evening I entered the Holiday Inn and the lobby was very welcoming with plenty of room for relaxing and a cute bar sitting aloft in the distance. I arrived 15 minutes after the kitchen closed so was unable to order food, but the people who ordered in time had delicious appearing food. It was too late to use the pool but it had a nice appearance. The location is excellent for reaching all areas around Philly and was more convenient than where I had stayed previously, south of this location. July 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay I stay at this hotel often,when attending agility trials.I am greeted by name. My hotel room is always on the first floor which makes it easier for me to enter and exit the hotel. I have a physical disability,and require some help. This staff has always gone out of it's way seeing that I am given that assistance. Every time my dog needs to be walked,someone from the hotel walks him.. I can't say enough about the staff, from the managers,front desk,to wait staff,and engineers/ maintenance. June 25, 2014

Good things were the free water bottles at the front desk and they offered an option among several rewards club bonuses which was also nice--despite no upgrade being possible. Overall a good stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Towels When we checked in on a Tuesday we had 6 large body towels. By Thursday we were down to 4. By Saturday and Sunday nights we had none. Had to go to front desk to get them. How can you start your stay with all those towels and then not have enough. And how can you clean a room and not put fresh towels in?? May 28, 2014
