Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Treated very nice once arriving late The lady that checked us in, was so helpful and nice. We arrived late with two small children and she was so helpful to us. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will stay there again this summer when I come back to see my grandson. We only wished the slide in the pool was opened, as it would of been a highlight for the little ones. I am a office manager full time and book staff away for business, and will pick this anytime we are in that area. On a part time basis, I am a travel agent, and will definitely suggest or book clients here. I have stayed in HI when I was in Jamaica, and enjoyed my staff there also. I am hoping to do some traveling this year to rate different hotels in different areas. I will see if these ratings are for HI all over. April 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Unlike some hotels where front desk staff have an air about them or an attitude and often greet clients with minimal eye contact, I find the staff in Sydney extremely friendly, courteous and simply put..genuine. I am recognized as a loyal patron and always get a warm welcome. A bit of humor and conversation relating to my trip are commonplace and I simply feel that my business and support are appreciated. I feel very comfortable at that particular location. I attribute this to the front line staff. I was introduced to the manager and offered a business rate that my employers were please about as well. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff We were here for a hockey tournament and the staff treated us great, in addition to being tolerant during these types of events. Whenever we needed something like extra towels the staff were more than accomodating. Front desk was very friendly and helpful April 2, 2015
