Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and great breakfast The staff are very accomodating and the food vouchers we receive are an excellent idea! We were not forced to eat whatever was onthe hot meal line, but instead could choose a breakfast that suited out individual needs. The decor is very modern and the room are great. Pillows are big and fluffy and comfy for lounging on but a wee bit too high for putting my head on for sleep. The coffee needs to be stronger too! February 1, 2016

I've stayed at another nearby hotel and executive suite but this hotel far exceeded my expectations and I will most certainly choose the Holiday Inn as my hotel of choice during my next visit to Sydney. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The kids loved it! We decided to stay for a night to celebrate our sons 5th birthday with 4 of his buddies. The clerk on the front desk was able to check us in early and also gave us an adjoining room at no cost because we had our 10week old baby with us, in case we needed a quiet spot to feed and nap the baby away from 5 rambunctious little boys. This was our best stay at a hotel and will definitely return in the future. January 27, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Stairs The stay was hampered by the kids running in halls and stairs. I could not work in my room at all and was kept up until almost 12 midnight due to this. I had complained 3 times that evening and I had to try to control the noise myself. I again complained in the morning. January 27, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good service, clean but the food is too little and too expensive I stayed for 3 nights, everything was good just two things I wished would have been different: the restaurant's menu is expensive for what you get. My meal costed me $35 but the meal I got was too little for the price. It was hardly filling. I actually got out of the restaurant still hungry. The other things that upset me was that this hotel does not offer free complimentary coffee. There is a coffee machine in the lobby but it is not free, actually the coffee machine is coin operated.
