Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A typical Holiday Inn You know what to expect, and there are no surprises. The location is impressive, and the view rewarding, The food was likable but not spectacular. As always at Holiday Inn all meals are extra - no free breakfasts here. A convenient place to stay if you are catching the morning ferry to Newfoundland. August 17, 2014

Good breakfasts at the hotel, although a bit pricey. Great view of the water and a nice walkway on the waterfront which is easy to access. August 15, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Issues Big problem: no guest parking. We drove around for 15 minutes looking for a parking spot and the front desk clerk told us to park in the bank lot. (Had to move it before the bank opened in the morning). No hot water in the morning. After twenty minutes the water gradually got a little warmer. For the price of the stay, breakfast should have been included. August 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lobby apperance Thought that the lobby was very cold in appearance. It did not give the appearance of "welcome". It was way too modern for the area. Actually hated it! Was the only hotel that we stayed in the entire trip that did not offer a free breakfast. A disappointment. The room was great and beds very comfortable.. view great as well as the location. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by basic rooms, clean and basic service not spectacular Previous Delta Hotel is now Holiday Inn the rennovations are nice but do not reflect millions in rennovations was expecting more. Property is now updated and current but not high class its clean and comfortable the store area for chips etc was a little bare and not inviting. Rooms were nice and clean bed was comfortable staff was a little unapproachable and not overly friendly.. this reflects a basic nice accomodations but if you want to feel spoiled and 5 star facility this is not the hotel for you...
