Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Hotel I stayed for the first time in this hotel for a business trip. The hotel pub was so noisy that I could not sleep half of the night. This might be a great place if you like to party but if you need to work in your room and need a good sleep to be refreshed for a long work day, you better find another hotel. I also did not like that there is not enough parking available on the property so I had to park on the road. The room was okay, however this does not help if you cannot get to sleep. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by fairly good We had written a review the last time we stayed at this hotel. That would be August of this year. It never appeared on line. Was more expensive this time, although we stayed in August the last time.And latest visit was November. Moved rooms a couple of times as the hotel was full. November?Sydney? One room , one of the nights, this time, was beside the ice machine and pop machine, and carpet perhaps could use a shampoo but that was just 1 night too. Last time minded several people from hotel and bar smoking outside of front door to avoid the rain downpour, so we had to travel past a wall of cigarette smoke . Have asthma. So kind of minded that, even if I do feel sorry for smokers not having a room to smoke in. One night, on the August stay, we could hear a verbal , and loud confrontation in a nearby room in the wee hours, the worry was it may escalate .into something even worse. On a plus side, that was only 1 night, a plus was comfortable bed and good view on first visit. Second visit we found housekeeping staff very nice , and ate in bar , and were impressed by Michael. The food and drink was quite nice and he is a natural in social skills. Nothing can be perfect, and we had an overall good stay or stays with a few bumps only. Would have liked to be able to claim points from our first visit too. Since the proof is there that we did stay I wonder why that may not be easy to do. November 23, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor bed The overall quality of this hotel is good, however my experience was tainted by a very poor experience with the bed. It was extremely soft and as a result of my one night there it has caused considerable back pain. November 20, 2015
