Came and stayed for two nights, one of the evening check-in staff member was rude and never smiled or greeted us. Reserved two room with adjoining doors but did not receive it, instead the rooms were on separate floors at opposite ends.
On two different occasion, bought two different drinks from the vending machine and both times got something other than what was wanted.
Breakfast should of been complimentary. The of whether a person ate of the buffet or ordered from the menu was about the same. We ordered from the menu and when the food came out it looked like it was taken from the breakfast buffet.

We are Spire Elite members so we do travel a lot and get to experience many hotels and their staff. Our experience was dismal from check in to check out. We checked in about 11pm. we were the only people in the lobby and yet the two ladies at the check in desk did not take the time or make the effort to make eye contact with us. We might as well have been invisible. We stayed on the 4th floor and all I could think about was that our room had better be cleaner than the very stained and soiled carpet in the hallway or we were leaving. The room was clean but the noise from an exhaust fan or generator next door kept me awake. It was as if we were sleeping on a runway and hearing jet exhaust. We tried to take our minds off the noise by watching TV but that proved to be a challenge as the TV was very difficult to operate and in the end we figured out the input plug was in the wrong hole. At breakfast we ordered one order of eggs and one of waffles. We were told it would take extra time as the waffle griddle had been turned off. We said forget the waffles just bring us two orders of eggs. The first order came and the waitress asked if I wanted to order anything. I said "I ordered eggs after you said the waffles would take longer". She apologized and said oh I forgot. She brought lukewarm coffee, water but no straws, we had to ask twice for our juice. This definitely will not be a hotel we stay at again.

Great front desk staff, great bar staff (especially Rowena!), but I would think twice about eating dinner in the restaurant. The food is okay but this hotel has clearly cut costs by hiring inexperienced personnel in the kitchen.

This was a last minute stay to visit a loved one in the hospital. The hotel was conveniently located across the street from the Cancer Treatment Center. Staff was friendly and the hotel was well kept and nice.
Liked the room set up with the small living area and separate sleeping area. Having the 2 TV's was nice since we were traveling with our child.
Hotel was also convenient to restaurants, shopping and movie theater.

All aspects of the hotel experience exceeded our expectation. We attended a 3 day foster parent training held by OK DHS at the hotel while staying there also. Whatever we needed was taken care of efficiently and without hassle. The rooms were clean and pleasant. The beds were comfortable. All of the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The location was very accessible but quiet. Great access to local dining, shopping, and recreation. I would stay there in the future and recommend it accordingly.

It seems that every HI I've stayed in over the past year has had poor to non-existent wifi. I like HI a lot but this seems to be an on-going problem.
