Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by hot tub We stayed at your hotel on Saturday February 21st. A night away from the kids is just what we needed. But our sitter fell thru so we had to bring them. The lady at the desk was so nice and felt bad so she gave us a 10 percent discount. So nice of her and sure put a smile on my tired face. I was very much looking forward to the hot tub. I couldn't get there quick enough! But. ...... it was out of order. I couldn't hide my disappointment and I think that put a damper on the rest of the night. We enjoyed the theater also. Have never been to a hotel with a theater. We live local and hope to visit again soon. (When the hot tub is working) PS: the bed was extremely comfortable and so were the pillows! February 25, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Front Desk Staff When I checked into this hotel on business (only myself) for the first week .. I was told by the front desk staff that the hotel does not have Oceanfront rooms with a King bed. I was told specifically that all the Oceanfront rooms were for larger families and that's why they all had 2 Queen beds. I thought this seemed very odd but I was tired and just wanted to get to my room and catch some sleep. I stayed at the hotel for the remainder of the week. Please keep in mind .. this is February .. winter time .. and many vacant rooms available. The following week (this week# I had to return again on business and I was assigned an Oceanfront room with a King bed at check-in. So there are two possibilities here. Either the front desk staff does not know the hotel has Oceanfront King bed rooms .. or I was actually not been told the truth by the staff. I certainly hope that it was the first possibility .. because I certainly do not like being misled, deceived or lied to in any way shape or form. It's not professional and I do not appreciate it one single bit. I tried to put this one event aside and give the hotel a very fair review but its very difficult when you feel like you were purposely mislead. But the most important element and aspect in customer relations #whether it be the hotel staff .. or the customer) is honesty. Without honesty .. You have nothing. Dishonesty is not an option. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 1 of 3 My session timed out while trying to upload a pic so we you now get a shorter version 1. Robert in the parking loop: RUDE, BOSSY 2. Jay at the front desk: super nice, kept me from leaving, extremely accommodating despite the huge rush of people 3. Dave at the Isle of Capri: Don't ever be nasty to your employees in front of guests and thanks fro not checking on our table but everyone else's, we didn't want to talk to you anyways. Laura the bartender: you rock girl. As busy as you were, you kept us happy and were very attentive , I'm sorry you have someone like Dave to deal with! I'm not sure how you kept it together but you did great!!! Overall. This place is FUN. The activities lady is passionate. The indoor pool was great. However I feel staff should be in there at all times. older kids watching little kids. Bad Idea!! We will return for a longer stay when it warms up so we can do all the activities this hotel has to offer! If Roberts in the loop we are parking elsewhere and walking in. February 12, 2015
