We had a good stay. Breakfast was not good in the morning, but I don't think that had much to do with the hotel, but instead the restaurant. Overall a good experience and we would stay there again.

I stayed Jan.8th thru 10th and the staff and hotel was most accommodating. Zoe, was very helpful with everything that was requested. We used the Montgomery executive room and the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I can't say enough about how pleased I am.

This was perfect for us for Christmas. We were visiting family in the area. I appreciate that the hotel is pet friendly - we were able to bring our dog to see everyone for the holiday, too. We weren't the only ones - most of the guests we ran into also had dogs. The only negative things I would say are that the pull out sofa (we were in a suite) was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on (a newer one would probably solve this); could have used more towels, etc. in the bathrooms (2 bathrooms in the suite); heating/cooling unit required attention - the slightest adjustment made it too hot or too cold. In the grand scheme of things, these were tiny issues. The only other thing that might be something to think about: It was Christmas and the restaurant was closed. The hotel is off a highway outside a small town - there were no other food options (even the nearby McDonalds was closed). We brought food with us because we knew the restaurant would be closed, but it didn't last long. There was a modest amount of food provided in the lobby - rolls/coffee in the morning, sandwiches in the afternoon. While it was a nice thing to do, it was kind of dismal and ran out quickly - the sandwiches were gone when we went down. Perhaps the room charge could be lowered a little for Christmas knowing that there is no food available. Otherwise, we will know next time. We will be staying again, probably a few times a year at least. It was enjoyable and my family is still talking about how nice the hotel is.

stayed at hotel for a winter get-a-way and to use the pool and relax. the pool water was "ICE COLD" it could not be used. a few kids tried to get in water but after about two minutes they got out. i ask about the pool before booking, but was mislead

The staff at the Roberts Center (Holiday Inn) are one of the most professional / personable people we have ever dealt with.
My son is an active Navy Soldier and was in town to marry his high school sweet heart. Me and my wife reserved a room for him and his spouse for their weeding night. The staff at the hotel were so caring that they made sure we had access to set the room up, gave them a complementary breakfast, dinner vouchers and even extended their next day check out to "when ever they wanted to leave". When me and my wife was settling the bill for the 2 newly weds, the hotel manager took care of the bill with a huge congratulations. We were speechless and in awe............ I think my wife had a tear in her eye. I was thankful to see good honest professionalism and excellent customer service isn't dead........ "Thank you, Holiday Inn staff"

If you choose to stay here be sure the only thing your kids like to do is swim and take extra robes for the trip down and back as the area outside of your room is VERY cool! The rooms were clean and comfortable but I like the Hallmark channel and it isn't provided. There is no continental breakfast so be prepared or take your own food for the kids to eat in the room. They had a nice coffee machine in the room if you like coffee but none in the check in area like most hotels.
