Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice rooms and good night sleep I have stayed often at this particular Holiday Inn Express, but this particular stay was a disappointment. My first night was ok, but the jacuzzi was broke, and I paid the same price. No discount. As usual, the rooms are very clean and the staff are always friendly. It just didn't feel the same. I will definitely be back though. The pool was nice and warm, and that was a nice feature due to the fact that it was so cold out. February 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Stay We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Geneva-Ashtabula because of its close proximity to the Spire Institute. I must say that I am not a fan of hotels, but sometimes there's no way around it! Upon arrival, our check in was quick and friendly. The room and bathroom were spotless and we are very particular guests about cleanliness! The dining area was always clean and comfortable. The dining staff on both days took great care to maintain a clean area and the food/coffee was stocked well. Some family members utilized the pool area which was well maintained with plenty of seating for those who did not swim. The only issue we really had was that the WIFI did not work well. I would not hesitate to stay here as a guest again! February 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome great customer service! After traveling all day for business along with terrible weather and car problems the sight of this Holiday Inn was a blessing. From the moment I made my way to the front desk past the fireplace I knew this hotel was top notch. The front desk set me up with a great clean and comfortable room and where to go for dinner. The manager Tammy was also very helpful and enthusiastic which helped me forget about the days troubles. The breakfast was nice and warm and definitely hit the spot. I would highly recommend this HIE to anyone traveling in the Austinburg area or beyond. Thanks again and will definitely be back again! February 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Everything was great from the desk clerk upon check in to the continental breakfast. The roads were terrible while traveling, so we stopped without a reservation. The desk clerk was excellent and super friendly. The room was very clean. There were many options for breakfast and the breakfast area was very clean. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We travel to Cleveland every now and again and we will definitely use your hotel in the future! February 12, 2015
