Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and restful stay Even though the hotel was almost full, there was adequate parking. We were able to check-in and check-out efficiently. Hotel is close to some very nice restaurants that we enjoy as a family. Our room was one of the largest that we have ever had - Queen Suite - and was comfortable and quiet. We were able to get a restful night's sleep after finishing up some on-line work. Enjoyed the early breakfast before heading out for another busy day. November 23, 2014

The staff is friendly. Hotel is close to restaurants. and the most important part....not on the bedbug registry which is hard for this area. November 20, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good hotel and location, short staffed This property has a good location for access to freeway and restaurants. Good rooms, clean and functional. The weekend we stayed it was full, and the front desk and breakfast seemed understaffed. Really tough checkout and the equipment malfunctioned, so it was backed up. Worst part was, the front desk clerk was really trying hard, but had no back up and no authority for problems. She was great, but she was put in a bad situation. they needed more help. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room/Pool Great, Breakfast bad We had no problems in the room. The swimming pool was very nice and warm! The breakfast bar juice machine was broke. Coffee was the only thing available. My wife and son did not have anything to drink. No milk for cereal either. It seems like it would have been easy to buy some bottles of something to drink. TV and remote did not work properly, guest room telephone did not work, toilet backed up the morning after we arrived and the washbowl drained very slowly.
