Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by SCTraveler This would be a one star visit except for Dulce, the morning check out lady who listened attentively, said my following concerns would be addressed and took care of me. In the evening when I found the hotel all 6 parking spaces for registration were full of guest's cars. I had to park on the street and walk to the hotel. When I told the night lady that it would be nice if there was a place to park and could I have a nice room, she stated that I should treat her "nicely" and she and her fellow employee laughed loudly at me. She gave me a room upstairs and very far from the registration which may account for the fact the the shower water never got above luke warm. The "Sun Room" had no furniture and looks like a war zone. When we went to breakfast the lady in charge was seated and talking with a quest. There was very little hot food and what was there was cold and not appetizing-looking. Finally Dulce came down and the lady got up and started cooking for the waiting guests which included putting regular coffee in the decaf decanter. We did find parking under the hotel after a rather rude check-in encounter. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our trip and it was the worst appearance-wise and customer-friendly, outside of Dulce. June 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by overall great experience The hotel was easy access. Staff was more than friendly and responsive, both at check in and check out. Room was very clean, and furniture of very high quality. Breakfast is very well stocked and very nicely laid out. Hotel overall feels new and welcoming. Have to say that it is better than almost all the holiday inns that I stay, and better than most of the holiday inn express. May 30, 2015
