This is in a good location to toggle between Sante Fe and Albuquerque and easy to get to. The staff was very friendly, and the room was well cleaned. In the room I was in, the window sheers needed to be replaced - there was a burn hole in them. The beds appear to be close to their last legs as they were concave, but they did sleep just fine.

This hotel in Bernalillo, NM is a good place to stay if you will be going between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Considering the location, the price is reasonable.
Staff at this Holiday Inn Express was very helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, everything in good working order. The bed was comfy and the pillows large and fluffy. I really appreciate that unscented laundry and cleaning products are used. Breakfast selections were good, and the breakfast area continually cleaned. Loved the fresh fruit. The indoor pool was perfectly clean, though not heated when I was there.

This property needs a complete make-over....no microwave and no refrigerator in room...why? please spend $ for updating property...great location...we will not be staying here again.

The hotel has great staff, if only they had ownership that have interest in capital expenditures. Outdated furniture, and worst of all, carpet worn and filthy..had to lay towels on floor to walk on them. Iron board is beaten to death...needs replacement, carpet needs replacement

Our room was about what we expected, the bed seemed a little LOW to the ground and the middle of the bed sunken in. It was clean and fairly comfortable for our stay. The exercise room was HOT (not air in there in the morning (7a)) and there were some shoes left in there and 3 dirty towels on the floor in there along with no way to change the TV channel. The pool area (since I looked at that while using the treadmill) had "cloudy" water and more dirty towels strewn about #4 different ones#. I'm glad I didn't plan on swimming during this stay. The breakfast was good, but the pancake maker was EMPTY each morning we went down for breakfast #8am and 8:30am#. The stock of syrup was also short of regular syrup - so whomever was watching the breakfast area wasn't keeping the supply stocked. Our room cards locked us out day 1 - we were told they weren't set for multiple days? The location is convenient for family visits but I'm not sure I care to pay that much for some of these housekeeping issues.

Everytime we stay here its like the first time. Everyone that we come across that works here from Jessica in kitchen, to front desk Adam, Felix is just so nice and polite.

The desk clerks were cheerful, offered warm cookies, and fixed the tv with smiles and courtesy. The breakfast staff made sure there were filled coffee thermoses and kept the food hot. The only recommendation I would make is to have better signage for the entrance. There is construction which makes it difficult to find. I would stay at this hotel again.

We have stayed at this HI for years as it is conveniently located for family visits. Staff is always friendly, and rooms are comfortable. Breakfasts are as expected for HI.
On this visit, I was disappointed that reservations were to be made through HI Central Reservations. I was told that direct reservations at the hotel could be made for block bookings only. I told Josie that I would not reserve this way as consumer groups advise to book directly to hotel. I told her I would just show up and take my chances. She put me on hold and came back to say she could take my reservation and switched me over to Adam who did take it. I appreciated this, but am unhappy with this new policy. Guests should always be able to book reservations directly to the hotel. I hope this will be changed when/if I return in June.

We asked for a quiet room and were given one on the top floor facing south. There were few people in the hotel and we heard no noise from the hall or from adjacent rooms. However the traffic noise from the adjacent highway was very loud through the evening and then again beginning 4:30 AM. It was a windy night and we often heard the wind shriek through the wall air conditioning unit, even with ear plugs. Staff needs to determine which rooms really are quiet; there must be some. The staff was unable to link to my Priority Cub account; perhaps the system was down.

Our stay was relaxing and very comfortable. Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. Breakfast was good and Jessica was as nice as can be. Front desk Adam, Lisa were very helpful with a place to dine out "Range Café" was a hit. Check-out with Melissa was also memorable.

I stayed here about two weeks ago. The first room smelled like something had died in it and when I walked over to turn the fan and look out of the window the window wad cracked open and I could see the back yard of someone with some old abandon houses. WhenI was moved to another room, there were many spider webs along the wall, the remote to the t.v. had silver tape on the back, & the floor in the bathroom was uneven.

Was only there for one night and basically only there to sleep. Room was not very clean. It didn't appear to have been vacumed at all as there was chunks of dirt or mud all over the floor. Couldn't take my shoes off to walk around even. Bathroom was the same. Mud on floor and overall not very clean.

Room was great, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I love the holiday inn express breakfasts, very convenient and more than just coffee and bagels. Also they give you two bottles of water in your room and you don't have to pay for them.

Quiet room in spite of 3 volleyball and 2 soccer high school girls teams on the same weekend. We love IHG for their nonsmoking policy and beds. The down side is there is temporary construction on the highway, limited restaurants in the immediate area, and only one elevator. The staff is wonderful and really keep the place clean. Will stay here again.

I have stayed at this facility a couple of times. It had been about one year to the date since my last visit. I actually booked the suite this time. When I arrived in the suite, it was spacious but it seemed to have been missing something in the room with the sofa. There wasn't a TV in that room , just a table, sofa, and a end table. I called to front desk to find out they removed the tv from my room and must of taken some furniture too. I paid more for the room than usual. They didn't offer me anything. I actually asked for a discount and they took off ten dollars. Later that night I was getting my clothes set for tomorrow morning and wanted to iron some stuff. Of course, NO IRON!!!! I went to front desk and was told they didn't have any. What, how can a hotel not have an iron. The front desk person didn't seem to want to help. I had to tell him this wasn't going to work and he needed to do something. He then called the hotel next door and got me an iron. I was down at the front desk for over 30 minutes trying to convince this person to do something. I am very disappointed with the service that I received and I will not be staying there again. I would rather make the drive from Rio Rancho then stay there.
