Stayed for 3 days, but never able to get internet connection in our room. Had to go close to front desk to for my email.

Asked manager Mellisa for an extra hour to check out and she told me no. She would have to charge me. I pleaded with her to help me and she didn't care.

I am a Platinum member and stay in a lot of Holiday Inn's, including this one. I like Holiday Inn and find them comfortable, clean, quiet, consistant and value for money. My latest stay at Bethlehem was just a little disappointing. On this occasion, the Front Desk Manager did not know of my Platinum status until I arrived. I had requested a room away from vending, exits and elevator (my request is typically granted if possible), but I was placed in a room next to all three. The hotel was not busy. The coffee at breakfast was really cold and there was no breakfast staff available to assist. I and another guest had ours heated up via the Front desk microwave. These are only minor things and, overall, my stay was excellent as usual. However, I have come to expect Holiday Inn to get it right every time .. so I thought this was worth a mention.

We took our four-year-old to the Crayola Factory and decided to stay overnight because we got a very good deal from the Holiday Inn. The overnight stay turned out to be the highlight of our trip. We were greeted by a friendly staff. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and th hot tub. The following morning, the breakfast was amazing, with an excellent variety of food choices, both hot and cold. We had a great time and we will return to this Holiday Inn in the future. Highly recommended!

The people at the front desk were very friendly and they went
out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We didn't get much sleep thanks to the party above our room, they kept us up all night. The hotel itself was ok for the money nothing exciting, we stayed overnight so it was not to bad. It was loacated close to
the casino which is why I chose to stay there.

Found the hotel to be convenient, clean and comfortable. Did not have the continental breakfast. Was able to check in 1.5 hours earlier, which was great.

This is the 2nd time that I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express - Bethlehem. I've put it into my GPS as one of my favorites!!
Great hotel - front desk was friendly and efficient and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Whenever I'm in the area, it's my #1 hotel!!

My wife, daughter and I spent new years eve there just to get away. We only live about 15 min. from there but that night we kind of felt like it was a summer vacation. We loved the pool and hot tub.The staff was awesome.

Location is right off of I-78 so easy for travelers. Staff was very welcoming, breakfast was good and servers were outstanding! Indoor pool area kept clean, kids really enjoyed! It snowed 5+ inches while we were there and parking lot was promptly cleared. Would def stay here again when visiting family.

Very good hotel. The staff was very courteous and responsive to our needs. The room was very clean and the furnishings were in good condition. Overall a good experience. The only downside was that both beds in the room were very firm which made sleeping a little less comfortable and the computers in the business center are older and run slow.

Upon checking in, the friendly smile of our female front desk staff greeted us, not just on the first day, but every time we came in to the Holdiay Inn-Express. She directd us to great places to eat and saw that we arrived there in a prompt manner.

My sisters and I stayed here only for one night, but we really enjoyed being here. The room was clean and comfy, the pool and hot tub were good, breakfast offered a lot of choices. Wasn't crazy about the fold-out bed, but the regular beds were fine. Good location for getting anywhere in Bethlehem. Staff was particularly helpful and friendly. We'd stay here again in a minute. Thank you!

We visited the Holiday Inn Bethlehem as my wife had to attend a symposium the next morning at 7am. When we arrived, we found the front desk people to be friendly, helpful, and great. The hotel and the room were clean, modern, and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and we liked the new flat-screen TV provided as well. We did not have a chance to try to the breakfast there. At any rate - I would recommend this place highly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, for the most part. The hotel was nice, the people were extremely friendly, and the location was convenient. BUT, the back of the hotel overlooks a busy exit ramp that has a lot of heavy truck traffic during the early morning hours. So, I awoke to Jake brakes roaring as trucks came down the exit ramp at 3am.
I would recommend this hotel, but ask for a room on the front side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper.
