My two week stay was a combo of leisure and business. Normally i rent a condo on LBK or AMI while in Fl but needed a central location this time. I was impressed by how clean the overall hotel is, the great friendly attitude of the staff, but most of all the breakfast room, for the selection of foods and attention to detail of the service staff that kept the area clean and the food attractively displayed. Coffee was coffee house great.

A comfortable no frills place to stay if you want to be near shopping centers and highways. Not close to beaches but convenient and affordable. One of the most modern and clean facilities in the area with friendly staff.

I have spent over 75 nights at HI properties across the country this year. This stay was paid for by Rewards points.
- Great location for what I needed.
- Uncomfortable bed
- Insufficient parking. Lot not big enough for capacity of hotel.
- Ineffective AC unit, it could barely cool the room.
- Staff at front desk were more concerned with talking to each other or tapping away on their phones.

Rooms appear to be outdated, carpets stained. The parking lot is small and very tight for larger vehicles. The Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous.

wireless was a bit slow, and had trouble with it using the smart phones, and tv would go out at times was annoying. I feel it should not have been happening. i believe you need to look into it .
