Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by All around nice hotel! We stayed for a total of 7 nights all around would highly recommend ! Breakfast is excellent everything you would expect. Desk clerk switched us to a interior room no problem because if you are close to an exit might be s problem with slamming doors from inconsiderate people in middle of night! February 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent location The hotel is located just off a main east/west highway, far enough to prevent any noise but close enough for easy access. It is across the street from a shopping center with good restaurants and a supermarket in easy walking distance. The landscaping on the hotel grounds creates a feeling of being in the tropics, especially from the dining room. February 4, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to rest your head and relax when on business. When i arrived after a long day of work, i was able to check in easily by a very friendly front desk associate. I then went to my very nice and welcoming clean room, where i was able to relax and unwind in a clean bathroom. I then went to the bedroom area after cleaning up and even though i was hungry, decided to just fall asleep as the bed was comfy and the room was able to get dark and very quiet. Had a great night sleep. Woke up the next morning, took my stuff, left the keys and that was the check out process. My bill was left on the floor by the door and everything was correct. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by costumer service The customer service really made this hotel go from average to excellent with the exception of the night front desk man Tom on Sunday night. He was rude and unavailable. His attitude on Sunday night dropped my experience from outstanding to very good. We were in a meeting room at 11pm he came in and threw us out with a very nasty attitude. I realize it was quiet time but asking us to leave rather than demanding it with an absolute nasty attitude was not okay. When we needed a new key it took 15 minutes and several calls to the hotel front desk to get him to show up. It is such a shame because up to our last night I was bragging about how great the staff at the hotel was to my friends at home. January 21, 2016
