Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice room at a great price compared to other local options. Our room was nicely decorated with modern decor, comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was terrific too and made sure a few minor requests were taken care of right away (slightly later checkout and wake-up call). I'll be staying again for sure if I'm in town. March 3, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms This is not my first say here. Most have been good, this time we listened to the guest next door snore all night. This was unbelievable. At first we were not sure but that is what it was.hard to believe the walls are that thin. Never had that happen before. Also need better signage out front. Very hard at night to see the road entrance. Have almost turned into the expressway. Staff is still learning. March 2, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Little more comforting and speedy Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Bradford, Pa was an overall pleasant experience. We do have a few recommendations that would enhance the experience just a bit. 1. FRESH BAKED COOKIES. Upon arrival, we were given "goody bags" at the front desk. They contained a water bottle, bag of chips, and something else. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express's that gave you a bottled water & freshly baked cookies in a bag #your choice of chocolate chip, oatmeal# that seemed more personal and comforting after a long journey. 2. FASTER ACCESS TO INCIDENTIALS. While at the front desk, a man came to the front desk and asked for soap because he did not have any in his room. The desk clerk took a very long time, like 5 minutes to try to find this item for him. There is note in the room that says if you need anything you forgot, get from front desk. It needs to be readily available to the clerk, quickly. February 16, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Service and Hotel The staff of the hotel was great and this is the newest/nicest hotel in the area.The rooms were clean and spacious. However, I found that the gym was in need of a lot! There is virtually nothing in the gym, there were no free weights or yoga balls and the room was about the size of a jail cell. Secondly, I am not sure who designed the hotel and chose the location but they should be swiftly fired. The hotel sits 10 FEET from railroad tracks and yes the trains do come through at all hours of the night. Which i suppose could be mitigated by sound proofing in the walls, but they are no thinker than a piece of paper. If you enjoy watching movies with your neighbors this is the hotel for you... Lower price would make it 4.9 of 5 Atmosphere and staff were 5 of 5 Or should I say comfortable bed and great service lol. December 13, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New and pin sharp. This is a brand new hotel. The location is slightly odd as it is not in town it is in a sort of 'off the Mall' area with fast food nearby. The hotel was immaculate, the staff friendly and knowledgeable and not 'gushing'. I enjoyed my stay here and would happily recommend this hotel. November 27, 2012

The hotel is nice, very clean and you get a good value for the price. The staff is really friendly and absolutely polite. I enjoyed each of my visits. The Breakfast is average, nothing special. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service! Very nice hotel with great staff. We had a small issue with our room and were immediately offered an upgrade. And, they made sure the room was adjacent to ours so we would not have far to move! Everything was clean and the girls loved the pool. I would suggest that the room doors be fitted with something that does not allow them to slam shut. I would definitely recommend this hotel and want to give a special shout out to Cindy at the front desk. She was a true professional, very friendly, and seemed deeply concerned with our satisfaction! It felt more then a home over there. They have great service and amazing employees. They take care of everything and always smiling and friendly. Brand new hotel and all the amenities you would like. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room, good service, but loud. The room was very clean - bathroom too. I had no hesitations while staying with my 2 young sons. The staff was friendly during check-in and helpful during our stay. However, there was a lot of noise from neighboring rooms - it was not increased TV volume or shouting - it was regular conversation. The rooms do not appear to be sound proofed very well. There was also a lot of door slamming due to the weight and closure method of the room doors. Whoever built the hotel took shortcuts here and there because you can see bad workmanship if you look a bit closer. The highway noise wasn't that noticable, strangely enough. October 29, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Brand Spanking New Hotel Our first time staying in a brad new hotel. Everything new, clean, and modern. It even had that new smell. Breakfast was great, loved the automatic pancake maker. Staff was very helpfull. Could use more exercise equipment in the fitness room (only a treadmill, bike, and a elliptical) otherwise we loved the stay. We had stayed in other hotels that have had a recent renovation but even after a complete gutting and fresh paint and carpet there is always that musty, stale smoke, funky odor smell, but not in this hotel-NEW, NEW, NEW.... loved it.
