Surprisingly updated and nice furnishings, very modern feel and quality in-room amenities. Very comfortable stay and a very helpful staff! Good breakfast, too!

It was my Tenth different H.I. for the month, I was a Walk-In with no reservation, check-in was quick, the young girl at check-in was very nice, I was recognized as a member. The room was in order, the only problem I encountered was that the coffee pot was not plugged into the wall outlet, the water just does not get hot without plugging it in. Lots of hot water for a long shower after driving 350 miles. I logged the hotel into my GPS for my next trip to the area. The hotel is minutes from one of Cleveland's Airports. I was impressed to see a monitor in the hotels lobby with Arrivals and Departures for the Airport. The young girl who was in charge of the Breakfast Bar was very nice, she waited on an elderly couple, after they finished their Breakfast she brought them a bag of snacks for the road. We need to respect our elders, it gave me the warm and fuzzies to see someone with so much compassion.

The room was not cleaned the whole week I was there. The bed was made though. Blanket came up to mid bed - very strange. They tucked in half the blanket under the bed. No vaccuming, no dusting. The maid had the nerve to leave a tip envelope 2 days before I left. I moved it out of the way and it was moved back on to the bed. Front desk had a hard time taking my reservation. Then had a hard time finding me in the system when I showed up. It is not bad for the value but still....no cleaning?

This Hotel is Awesome. Will stay again. Hotel staff and housekeeping were great. Breakfast bar was fantastic. Atmosphere awesome.

My sister and I arrived at the hotel and had to make a quick change and hurry to a local funeral home..with limited directions, I asked for help at the desk. We were given clear and precise information. This took the stress of the trip away.

If you are a light sleeper the road noise is ridiculous, instead for putting the rooms facing the parking lot the face the street and all the maintenance rooms, laundry rooms and meeting rooms face the parking lot on the 3 floor. Had them move me to a first floor room facing the parking but the room was in dire need of a rehab and smelled like a gym locker

Everything was fantastic - clean room, smelled great, friendly staff, great breakfast!
They even picked me up at the car rental and brought me to the airport.

PLEASE!!!!! correct your housekeeping issues so when I come in I do not have to do the job

DIRTY ROOM. VERRY DIRTY ROOM!!!
NOT A GOOD VARIETY AT BREAKFAST
Front desk was helpful however seemed to be confused every time I asked for something
Check your room before you use things (bathtub, stool, sink, remote control....)
It is never a good value when you have to clean your own room before you use it.
With everything I had to do cleaning up after someone else after working a long day at work myself made it impossible to relax

I missed a flight and had to find a place to stay in a pinch- and had no rental as I'd already returned it! No problem, this hotel picked me up with the shuttle, and they had snacks & cookies for me at the door. The room was a little dated, but the public areas had been re-done. Not bad at all for what I needed.
Hotel was right next door to a restaurant, they had a coin operated washer & dryer, which was great & needed!
Can't tell you about the breakfast, I left too early, but they made me a brown bag breakfast to go, that was more than I expected.
What set this place apart for me was the service. I caught the early early shuttle to the airport the next AM, and I accidentally left my Oakley sunglasses in the van. They found them for me and were able to send them back to me in TX. I was very grateful!

I would highly recommend staying here for an early flight out of Cleveland. It's clean, welcoming, has nice rooms and a very helpful staff. Very good value for the money.

Front Desk Clerk -The only front desk clerk who was friendly and well informed was the lady who checked me in I asked for directions to the airport she answered, she greeted everyone with a smile, Kudos to her!!.
On 9/30 around 4 pm I asked the two (a lady and man) front desk clerks where the nearest florist was and they did not know nor did the offer a telephone book, etc. Being that I was visiting the area for a funeral I'm not familiar with the area and the gentleman asked me did I have a room there I told him yes. He nor the lady was of any help, There was not a crowd or a rush of people checking in during that time for them to just simply say no and not put forth any effort to help.
Anytime I've walked through the front door the front desk clerks did not greet the guest as they walked through the door.
Housekeeping- Two nights our of our stay our beds were not made.
I will not stay at this location again. Have a great week and remember a smile with a greeting can go a long way.

Enjoyable. I stayed for 3 days and the overall experience was very good to excellent. Great location for access to restaurants and to major highways. My room was on the 3rd floor which looked recently renovated (very nice). My only negative comment is that the room lighting and the desk chair were not very conducive to working at the desk. The room lighting in general was pretty bad and the desk chair was too low for good computer posture (even when adjusted). Loved the snacks in the lobby and the clean fitness center!

I stayed her for the first time since their 'big' remodel. Rooms and hotel are very nice. Overall the staff was good. The one exception was the woman that checked me in. Now I am not one that is big on being a 'platinum' member but I do like when I see my point balance at check it. The IHG chain is very big on acknowledging it's 'members', but this woman....not a thing. I asked what my point balance was and I got the answer of, well I see your member number but I have no idea what your point balance is. If you want to stop back in a few hours I could look it up for you. Again, very small item to me but as a customer service manager, I recognize that the woman at the counter wasn't representing IHG very well.

HOPEFULLY THEY UPGRADE THE WHOLE BUILDING AS THEY DID WITH THE 3RD. FLOOR.
I'LL RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS VISITING THE CLEVELAND AREA.

I stayed at this property for the first time a year ago when is undergoing a renovation. The experience then was not very pleasant, so I decided to give it another try. I must say that there was not a huge difference between last year and this year. The renovation was completed in that time frame, but the room that I was given was already worn out. I couldn't believe that new finishes were already that bad in a one year time frame.
Upon check-in I was not even greeted by the front desk staff as a gold elite member. Usually at most of the IHG properties. I am greeted as a gold member and welcomed for coming back to stay at the hotels and given some sort of a welcome bag. When I asked for a bottle of water the guy at the front desk acted like he was put out by going to get it for me.
Defiantly would not ever be coming back to stay at this hotel.

The front desk staff was professional, nice, and very helpful, especially with area attractions and directions. Only complaint was that the indoor pool was too cold to use. We tried but the water was way too chilly. We sat poolside as others came but left, we saw no one used the pool the 2 nights we stayed there. It was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

check in went smoothly, complimentary bottled water (& mini fridge to keep drinks cool) was handy when we went to the zoo, breakfast was well stocked with fresh food, breakfast/pool hours were generous, sloped pool depth was great for the kids - 2 yr old played on the steps / 4yr old could reach a few feet out / 6yr old a few more feet

We appreciated the good price and the updated rooms. The breakfast was good and always an nice perk! Our stay was only marred by the poor behavior of another guest about taking drinks into the pool area. The pool itself was very small and extremely cold, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay! The remodel is very nice. The staff was very helpful in food recommendations. I walked to Rivals, and they offered to drive me. I said thanks, but I was in the mood for walking. And if I walked there and wanted a ride back, they would come and pick me up. The service was excellent!

Had a 7:00 AM flight and didn't want to have to worry about traffic. Left before breakfast was served, but they had take along bags. Physical building looked a little tired but the rooms appeared to have been redone recently. Staff courteous and helpful.

Very comfortable bed and pillows and loved free pizza one afternoon! Friendly and helpful staff handles all situations quickly and efficiently. Close to restaurants, shopping, expressways and airport.
