Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Service Upon check in I felt that the associate was extremly rude. When going to try to find a place for dinner that evening same associate was somehwat friendlier but had zero knowldge of the area. I had reserved the meeting room and charged an astronomical amount of money for a very poorly equipped room, it did not meet our needs. The tables provided were only about 12 inches wide and this did not provide adequate work space for notebooks, laptops etc. I had requested a board room which I was told they could accomodate. The hotel overnight rooms themselves were clean and updated. The last day of the visit we were literally "kicked out" of the breakfast area. The staff member didn't ask us politely to leave but said as she pointed her finger at the door "ya'll need to get out". There were only two of us in there discussing business then we were told that we weren't allowed to sit in the extremely small lobby. We were then referred to the public library or a very poorly ventilated and cramped business center. The hotel manager ran around in skin tight blue jeans and high heeled to the knee boots. Very unsatisfactory experience, will never stay here again! February 27, 2014

The breakfast is limited and not appealing like other locations but the clean atmosphere makes up for it. When I checked in, the front desk could not add my reservation to my Club membership but the morning staff did at checkout. February 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed/great shower/best breakfast I love the beds and showers at the Holiday Inn Express. This one had the best breakfast I ever had. Eggs, bacon, sausage all cooked and not greasy. The two people working the breakfast were so personable and kind. This was a great experience and I will stay here again! February 1, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs improvement Although this property was convenient for our visit to the area, we were disappointed in our stay. Having had a recent stellar experience at a Holiday Inn Express in another state, we assumed that the Holiday Inn Express Byram would at least meet the minimum requirements of the chain. We were guests for three nights. Upon on our return the evening of the second night, we discovered that our room had not been cleaned, and no, the do not disturb sign had not been left on the door. We brought this to the attention of the front desk, and were at least given clean towels. However, we feel that we did not receive what we paid for. We attempted to speak to the management about adjusting our bill to reflect this lack of service when we checked out. We were advised to call back and speak to the manager the following Monday morning. That was more than 48 hours ago and we have yet to be contacted. Our advice to anyone needing lodging in this area would be to stay elsewhere until this property resolves their obvious poor housekeeping and management issues. December 4, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Byram Holiday Inn I was shocked that I had to wait about 10 minutes before someone greeted me at the front desk. The young lady was not dressed in Holiday Inn dress and was not pleasant. My room smelled of BODY ODOR and I asked to change rooms. Your front desk person could care less, seemed put off that was mortified what had just occurred. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received at a Holiday Inn and I stay at them all the time. I will never stay at the Byram location again. Sincerely, A loyal HI customer!
