Although this property was convenient for our visit to the area, we were disappointed in our stay. Having had a recent stellar experience at a Holiday Inn Express in another state, we assumed that the Holiday Inn Express Byram would at least meet the minimum requirements of the chain. We were guests for three nights. Upon on our return the evening of the second night, we discovered that our room had not been cleaned, and no, the do not disturb sign had not been left on the door. We brought this to the attention of the front desk, and were at least given clean towels. However, we feel that we did not receive what we paid for. We attempted to speak to the management about adjusting our bill to reflect this lack of service when we checked out. We were advised to call back and speak to the manager the following Monday morning. That was more than 48 hours ago and we have yet to be contacted.
Our advice to anyone needing lodging in this area would be to stay elsewhere until this property resolves their obvious poor housekeeping and management issues.

I always enjoy and look forward to my stay there. I have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy the comfort, the convience of the location, and especially the t.v. choices.

I had an overall great experience at this location. The staff was very couterous and helpful. I had a few questions about the local area and the surrounding city and the hotel stay was very knowledgeable inhelpful in giving out directions.

The interstate there is not a lot of noise from it .
enjoyed the stay , will stay again , friendly staff.

I was shocked that I had to wait about 10 minutes before someone greeted me at the front desk. The young lady was not dressed in Holiday Inn dress and was not pleasant. My room smelled of BODY ODOR and I asked to change rooms. Your front desk person could care less, seemed put off that was mortified what had just occurred. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received at a Holiday Inn and I stay at them all the time. I will never stay at the Byram location again.

I checked in and went to go for a swim, when i was in the pool found a died frog it the pool; I remind you this is an indoor pool. The front desk personal had a boy friend or some guy there, they must have been talking for hours. Not the most professional, or the nicest Holiday Inn I have stayed at.

This was a very clean place to stay. I would stay here again if I needed a room. The staff was also very friendly.
