I'm glad I picked this hotel to stay for the weekend, we had everything from great service, swimming pool and close to stores, restaurants and Heritage Park . The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. I have nothing bad to say about the room we stayed in.

Overall room was good but bathroom floor has cracked tile across the floor and floor corners need cleaning attention. When a returning customer has a satisfactory record with the hotel (i.e. no damages) there should not be a need for the credit card deposit. I find this objectionable and sends a message on arrival that your hotel does not trust a valued customer.

This hotel supplies a reliable Holiday Inn Experience. Excellent that is has a water slide for the kids and plenty of room choices, suites and etc.

The worst customer service I've ever experience in my many years of traveling all over the world. During checkout the staff member said she was unable to give me a receipt because the printer was not working. I specifically asked the staff if I was getting charged for one night that I stayed and she said yes. She also promised that she would email me the receipt that day. 3 days later I discovered that I was charged for two nights and she never emailed me my receipt. I called and they emailed me a different receipt, not the one that I saw when I checked out. The manager was unwilling to come to any terms and I am still currently dealing with this situation.

With the amount of money I spent during my stay I was very disappointed in the rations of bathroom supplies that I was given.
I had a work colleague share my room and we were only given one pod of coffee, one set of toiletries even limited toilet paper which we ended up having to use facial tissue.. No tea refills at all and one paper cup.
As a frequent guest, I have not experienced this before so I was surprised to see such limited supplies especially with the increased costs for the stay. Very expensive.
As a frequent customer, I do like this hotel for the location and convenience, cleanliness and amenities. All of my experiences at this hotel have been positive ones so I was surprised this time with the lack of consistency as usual .

Great Hotel that was extremely convenient (next door) to the person I was visiting. Staff were very friendly, making the hotel have a welcoming feel. Will definitely use this hotel again for future visits.

there seemed to be a slight problem if figuring out the reservations, we were there for a funeral, and had a book of rooms set aside, but the girl couldn't find our name. She finally found it, I had requested a cot in our room, had even called 2 days before to remind them we needed it. When we went up to the room, there was no cot in there. They did bring us one up a little later.
I went to the front desk to change an American $20 into Canadian, I think it was converted the wrong way, because I only got $18 Canadian. My family all of whom live in Canada said that was the wrong way around! I did go back to the lady, but she said no, that was correct!
I will say on the Saturday night, there were buses of kids coming in from Grad, and they were handled very well, and it was quiet during the night, which I was not expecting due to all the kids being there!
