Everything good, staff exceptional, extremely helpful and courteous.
Shame they ran out of Brown bread halfway through service times.
My air coditioning wasn't working on arrival but hey immediately attended to this and offered me additional heater, gratefully accepted, Thank you!

Newly refurbished rooms are nice but disappointing in some respects.
However the staff at this hotel are wonderful. The `can-do' attitude and welcome are great and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for a little over a week. It was well priced, the restaurant in the hotel offers a good range of meals for the evenings and the breakfasts were always plentiful with a relatively good mix. The wifi was fast and mostly reliable and I found the room quite comfortable. It is a little way out of the main city centre of Cambridge but is close to a bus route or you could get a taxi. It is a safe, clean , well priced option in Cambridge. The staff were also lovely.

Was looking for a clean, crisp place: not a big fan of old-world decor.
Loved it all. Everything clean and pristine.
Wifi fast and easy to access.

Two adults and two children stayed overnight with breakfast for just over £60... the room was comfortable although a little crowded with 4 people, but quiet and a comfortable temperature.

Cocky Manager on Duty. Rooms refurburshed which was overdue a long time but the Manager forgets its a Holiday Inn Express not a Holiday Inn and there is a different level of expectation. Treated like an idiot when I tried to explain this and queried pricing. Breakfast has improved. Contractors starting too early - forgetting there are guests in the hotel.

Have stayed over the years at
Cambridge the best so far.
Bristol also very good but we do not eat anything there as we usually leave at 4.00 a.m.
