Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Horrible Experience - Inattentive Staff I stayed here passing through. A man in the room next to me had two howling, barking dogs…which barked throughout the night. Holiday Inn staff claimed they couldn't solve the issue until the manager came in at 7:30am. Front desk said other people were complaining. I went to the room with the dogs and video taped the howling and the barking to post online at the end of my trip. Called corporate number, essentially told me manager would handle it. Barking continued until about 8:30am when this jerk came and got his dogs (he wasn't in the room) to walk them. Holiday Inn gave me a discount. Manager never said a word to me or my wife. Room was soooo small that I thought I was in NY at an old hotel!! We were suppose to have a handicap room but none were available. Overall value vs price not good February 3, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and good choice of pillows The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The outside noise level was sirens all night long. It appeared to not be very well insulated and room to room noise was very evident. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, however the room service was not done everyday and amenities were not replaced as needed. The Breakfast was very serviceable. February 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall clean, convenient, friendly, would stay there again There is a commuter parking lot on the river side of the property and I was awakened by engine noise from the buses early Friday morning (5th floor room). If fan on our room's AC/heat unit would have stayed on to create white noise like I had wanted it probably wouldn't have been an issue. Not a problem on Saturday as there were no commuters.
