Accommodations are very suitable and comfortable, though lacking in a couple items - microwave and refrigerator. The greatest difficulty we had was that we travel with quite a bit of luggage do to my wife's health and there was no elevator. When we got all the baggage to the 2nd floor there was no cart there to take it to the room which was some distance away. Beyond these things it was a comfortable good stay in a clean commodious room

Walked in and check in was easy and fast, went in my room it smelled fresh and clean. Bed was well made & comfertable.

We stayed at this hotel two times in December 2012. The first time we did not have a reservation due to not knowing for sure where we would stop for the night. The second time we did have a reservation for our return trip. The check in on the first trip was good but even better on our return trip a week later. The young man that checked us in actually remembered me before he'd pulled up our reservation which was pretty amazing. The only drawback to this hotel is there aren't any good restaurants near by only fast food.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and have been happy with this hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. This last time there was what appeared to be cat hair on the bed's comforter and the room clearly had not been vacuumed (there was salt from outside on the floor), but we know the housekeeping staff was limited because of poor weather during our stay. Breakfast choices were great the first morning, but lacking the second (there were no cinnamon rolls, which is a large part of why we choose Holiday Inn Express in the first place!). Still, a good hotel off the interstate with a microwave and refrigerator and within walking distance of several fast food places.

We did a very late check in. The man at the desk was very nice and conversational. Our room was nice and clean. We had a good nice sleep. Overall, a good experience.

We've stayed at several Holiday Inns over the last year and I can report that Crawfordsville, IN, Holiday Inn was by far our best stay (we ended up staying there 3 times#. Seymour Indiana would be a close second other than the pool was cloudy. Cloverdale was our worst experience of them all. The attendant when we arrived was very kind and helpful but cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms and the service at breakfast was poor. :#

we stayed here and had a pleasant night.the only down side was the hot tub did not work correctly. the rooms were excelent big and very clean.the staff were nice.the beds comfortable.recomend highly.
