We stay here often and it is very good, clean, secure, and all the other desirable qualities... except the room service people will try to get in your room at 8:00am on checkout day ... SO hang out that DO NOT DISTURB sign!

Clean rooms and comfortable atmosphere.

I must say that the manager and the front desk personnel were EXECPTIONAL. They went out of their way to accommodate me and make my day much easier. The Staybridge down the street had given me the runaround and put me in a most unpleasant mood but the personnel at this Holiday Inn did more then required to see that I was taken care of. Thank you So much! If you are in the area THIS IS THE HOTEL TO STAY AT

Had trouble twice with card not working. Problem taken care of by front desk clerk reprogramming. This was an inconvience (left my disabled husband alone while I returned to front desk).

Thanks to your staff we had a great stay. We were in town for basket basketball tournament. Used points for the stay. Room comfortable and clean. Service was good. Breakfast was good. Staff had a great attitude and they cared - I will recommend this hotel to others for sure. thank you!

In all, it's not a bad place. I only had a couple issues, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. I'd like a better breakfast, but it is what it is.
I was a little peeved when I realized that I forgot toothpaste and after looking around the front desk, the clerks said, "sorry, I guess we're out". Huh? I'm not really sure how that's possible, but I'm more shocked that in the interest of customer service, he didn't tell me to take some from from the snack shop.
I need to return to College Station in a couple weeks. There are plenty of hotels. I'll be staying in one of them instead.
