Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay in College Station Good stay in College Station on a recent Thanksgiving visit, staff was very helpful. Two night rates were high due to the A &M-LSU football game, which was not the purpose of my visit. My only issue was I did not receive my IHG bonus points at check in, and I did ask at check in. The man at the front desk seemed to be new at the job. Great stay other than that minor error. December 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed I've stayed at many hotels in College Station in the past 15 years, and this was definitely one of the better ones. The bed was by far the best - very, very comfortable. While the room had an in-room AC unit (not my favorite), it was at least quiet, and I did not have too much difficulty finding a comfortable room temperature. The staff was friendly and helpful. We visited the weekend after Thanksgiving, where there were few visitors in town, so I cannot comment as to what this hotel would be like on a football weekend. December 4, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Service I would expect the front desk to be friendly and courteous and at least smile when you arrive after a long trip, but it was like we were bothering them. The front desk lady Carolyn I believe that was her name was very rude and when I asked for something she would just say no no and then I asked her if she could ask someone else she spoke to the kitchen lady and they just both laughed and carried on when I turned my back. We have always stayed at Holiday Inn express because our experience previously was awesome, but I do not recommend this place to anyone. They acted like they were being out out. I'm so disappointed we used up our points for this horrible experience. November 25, 2014
