Wir haben bereits mehrere Male Holiday Inn Express Hotels in verschiedenen Städten gebucht und waren immer, und die Betonung liegt wirklich auf immer, zufrieden. Es gibt zwar Unterschiede zwischen den Häusern, aber durch die Bank gibt es nirgends wirklich etwas auszusetzen. Sehr angenehm aufgefallen sind uns immer die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, eagl ob am Empfang oder die Zimmermädchen. Stets freundlich, korrekt und hilfsbereit. Über das Frühstück braucht man nichts mehr zu sagen, das ist bei Holiday Inn Express schon zu einem Markenzeichen geworden.
Bei allen von uns gebuchten Häusern waren auch Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden und das hausnah!

Trotz großem weihnachtsandrang war das Personal sehr entspannt und freundlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht besonders variantenreich, aber es gibt sowohl süß als auch herzhaft und man wird sicherlich satt.
Ein gutes Hotel, wenn man nicht unbedingt auf Innenstadtlage besteht.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt im Hotel ok. Das Hotelpersonal ging auf die individuellen Wünsche gut ein.

This is a great hotel for stop-over or if you are visiting Cologne. The staff are very friendly evenof you turn-pu late in the night, they still smile.

My family and I stayed in your hotel for 2 days. On the first day at breakfast, we noticed there were no croissants. We thought that your hotel was different from the other Holiday Inn hotels that we stayed in before yours. There were several Japanese guests around too. When we left the dining area together with the Japanese guests, we noticed that your staff brought out the croissants. The next day we were down for breakfast and my children saw croissants being baked in the oven and being taken out. We waited for a while and asked the staff. She told me that there are NO croissants! I was rather surprised and told her that we saw them being baked. Then she went to the kitchen and took out 6 cold and not-freshly baked ones. Throughout breakfast there no croissants at all.
It's not about not having the croissants as they can be very easily purchased in Singapore but to be lied to is unacceptable. I certainly hope that your staff are not keeping them for preferred guests for your hotel. I have stayed in so many of your Holiday Inn and have never experienced anything like this.

When I booked this room through the IHG Web site as a member I selected a room with a double bed and prepaid for that. The email confirmation started the same with a sofa bed also. When we arrived and checked in we were not told there was any change but when we went to the room it was a room with 2 single beds. We went back to reception immediately to correct the error and we're then told there was no rooms left as we had reserved. I thought that was what a reservation was for. If I had not prepaid I would have left but for 1 night the effort of a refund was not worth the trouble. I don't appreciate not getting what I reserved and not getting what I paid for. I don't recall if the selection of 2 single beds was a cheaper option when I booked or not, bottom line is it is not what I wanted or reserved.

Zimmer war okay,alles ging beim check in und out sehr schnell.
Frühstück war ausreichend.
Mitarbeiter bis auf einen sehr unverschämten waren freundlich.
