The staff is friendly and professional and make me feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really feel refreshed and recharged after a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed and a hot shower in the morning. January 11, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast was great The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the bedding. The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet. WE would definitely stay here again when in the area and will recommend it to friends and family. January 6, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Stayed here traveling from Florida to Ohio. Visited relatives in the near by area. Great location with amble shopping and restaurants in the area. Room was very quite and the beds were very comfortable. Had a wonderful nights sleep. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises. December 31, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by army graduation we stayed at this site for the army graduation because of the good location and the large shopping center right across the street. had a good time and was treated well by the staff. great breakfast held us over till lunch time at the army post. room was good and got help from the staff to access the internet in the business room. this works best for our needs. staff was always there for our questions on where the shops were or how far to where we were going, like the airport, etc. cant go wrong at this place. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by facility was great! absolutely no recognition that i was a priority club member. even tho later i asked if my points were applied, the attendant checked and said yes, no mention or acknowledgement. there were gift bags made up on a table behind the counter, , ,must have been for gold or platinum members only. so loyalty doesn't count as much as how much you spend . breakfast was at 6:30. i arrived at 7:00 and found food but no lights on, a young man was in a chair near the TV on the cell phone and after i got food and sat down he got up and turned on lights. Not a bad facility, but staff was not as attentive as i have come to expect, actually i have noticed a general reduction in staff attentiveness for some time now at many facilities. Holiday Inn is always my first choice, but lately i have been questioning the value of my loyalty. December 26, 2014
