Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Stay Having arrived much earlier in the morning than expected I went to Reception where I was greeted by Katie. I mentioned that I had a room booked for that night and I was going to ask if I could leave my car in the car park, go into town before returning to check in. She said that my room may be ready now so she checked the computer system and informed me that my room was indeed ready and I could check in. I was really impressed by Katie's caring attitude - it's so nice to meet someone who is so considerate, friendly and efficient. The hotel itself was first class and all the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a very pleasant surroundings. Thank you. September 24, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Arrived before check-in Our party of 7 including an infant (2 rooms) arrived early for check-in after a night flight from Las Vegas. The hotel was willing to check us in early after the rooms were prepared. This took about 10 minutes and we were SO grateful to get to relax from the long flight where the children did not sleep. After sleeping in two stages it was nice not to have to check-out too early. I cannot thank the staff enough for their help and understanding. We had also spent the night there before our flight and left our cars there for the duration. Well worth the money. September 24, 2014

The only problem I had was with breakfast - the room was far too small, cutlery and cups were dirty, there was no milk, no bread to toast and the staff were obviously too busy to care. Resolve this issue and you've got a good reliable stopover. September 20, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unfriendly staff Staff at the front desk got no clue how to smile while talking to the guests. We did not feel welcome at all. No privacy in the room as the car park is just outside our window. We could not open the window at any time. Breakfast area was like a small hole where only two guests can stand comfortably at a time. September 17, 2014
