My only complaint was the fact that every Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in around the world has always had hot fresh coffee in the breakfast area 24 hrs a day. I went to this area in this facility several times over several days, at various times of day and evening, and found the 4-6 coffee pots either completely empty or with very little and very cold coffee! This was a major disappointment for those of us who travel on business a lot and quite often work late.

We stay with holiday inn all year and this one is one of the very best. A great team and the rooms are nice and the TV channels are great and also the lighting is great too. Well be looking forward to staying with you'll again.

I was very pleased with the their service, hospitality, comfort and technical upgrades they provided me and my mother for our three day visit to the Dallas area. I was able to conduct business from my room with your WiFi . My mother was able to watch her t.v. shows thank you for having premium channels. Your location was 10 min. from the hospital and was surrounded perfectly with a vast variety of food restaurants. One could never get bored by being forced to eat the same thing over and over!! I would love to return to this Hotel under any circumstance, just hope it will be under happier ones next time!!

I was there for the Cowboys vs. Saints game; WHO DAT NATION.
The hotel is located in the perfect location to get to everything. The clerk (a young man) was exceptionally nice & very professional. Staying at Holiday Inn Express Dallas West made me feel like a millionaire. The beds were soft & comfortable. There were 3 pillow types on each bed. The atmosphere was pleasant; no rif-raf hanging around, no kids running around. I felt safe. The breakfast was good too. Lots of things to chose from. Will definately stay here again if in the area.

Everything was great about this hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, near by restaurants and stores, great location for the Dallas Cowboys Game.

This hotel is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Dallas and from Arlington. It was clean and quiet and close to many restaurants. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful.

Holiday Inn Express, Dallas West, on Communication Dr. in Dallas Texas is the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at during my travels. I stay at Holiday Inn Express all over and the one on Communication
Dr. Dallas Texas is the best of all of them.
They greet me my name when I check in and do everything to make me feel at home while I am away from home. The rooms have always been clean and are comfortable. The breakfast area is clean and the food is hot and ready on time. Check out is fast and hassle free.
I always stay at this Holiday Inn Express, Dallas West when I am in Dallas Texas. I have recommended it to my friends and co-works and all that have stayed there have had the same service and pleasant experience as I have every time I stay.
