Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good Had another good stay at this hotel. Greeted by friendly, cheerful and efficient staff. Having stayed here before the rooms were as good as we remembered, clean comfortable and a good size. Breakfast is buffet style and is limited to certain items - sausage, scramble eggs, toast etc, cereal and continental (cheese, croissant etc) all very tastey and it sets you up for the day. The young lady who runs the resturant is always very happy and smily and is a "cheer-up" for anyone who suffers from morning blues. Most definartely stay here again as statdards are consistant. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend Break Hotel is clean and comfortable and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and had good facilities plus wi-fi is available across the whole hotel for free. Breakfast has a good variety of cereals, continental and cooked although no bacon or fried egg option. There are very small signs in the bathroom stating the steam from the shower can set off the fire alarms and someone did activate the alarm this way during our stay so need to close the bathroom door while you shower and until the steam clears. Hotel is very close to Dartford Crossing but quite a distance from local shops and amenities. Due to road works on the crossing there is congestion in the area at peak times including the return leg of Bob Dunn Way. Site is conveniently located for London, Blue Water and Brands Hatch. We were there for my birthday treat the Truck Racing at Brands Hatch but also managed to fit in a quick visit to Blue Water. April 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel. Just a pity about the small things Stayed here during a recent trip to Brands Hatch. The only downside which was quickly resolved by the staff was the fan system which was directly over our bedroom . This was disappointing as we had asked for a quiet room on check in. The staff we're very good and resolved the issue immediately. I would recommend asking for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor. Breakfast was the usual high quality along with the evening meals. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Dartford. April 13, 2015

The sofa bed wouldn't be very comfortable for an adult but ok for small children. The breakfast and communal areas could be a bit cleaner and the hot breakfast selection improved, bacon please! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bring your own mattress! The mattresses are very hard at this hotel. I weigh between eight and nine stone, and was unable to be comfortable without using my own blowup mattress. Heavier guests may have no problem. Bathroom was extremely clean and spacious, with good towels. For those who are interested in entertainment, that television was a very good size. Regarding breakfast, everything was fine other than the sausages - there appeared to be almost as much bread in them as in the bread! An upgrade would go a long way. April 8, 2015
