We stayed in the King suite. Beautiful room, very comfortable; the bed is just so comfortable. The staff at the DIA Holiday Express is always very nice. We used the shuttle service to the airport, and that is always a great help.

Comfortable room, nice pool, hot tub, and shuttle service. Breakfast offered many choices and was very good. Great staff. Several restaurants within walking distance. Overall great stay.

Service was excellent, except the shuttle driver did not stop in the proper airline place and I had to walk clear across the airport to check in. This was difficult because I had three bags, and my purse. He was rude.

Was a good place to stay, I call the area where the hotel is located the compound.
My only complaint is the girl that checked me in gave me no info about the internet or anything else they offered also the hotel was full so the shower at 7am was luke warm, which I was very surprised, I have never had that before. I would still recommend.

This rotten internet at this hotel put me in a bind and kept me from getting my work done. You could not download anything. I will not stay at this property again for this reason. Do you kow how important internet is to working people?

I travel frequently for work and stay at many Holiday Inn's. I usually have a good experience. Last week, I stayed at the Holiday Inn near the Denver airport on Tower Road. What a disaster. I called the front desk on several occassions explaining the excessive noise from "partying" guests next door. My first phone call started at 9pm and continued until I threatened to call the police myself at 3am. It is at this time, that the hotel manager FINALLY asked if I would like to move rooms. My flight was at 5am and I decided it was not worth the effort. The guests did finally quiet down after the police were called, but my night was exhaustive. The bill came under my door, there was no reduction in the nightly stay, there was no apology written on the bill, it was HORRIBLE. I stayed here out of convenience to the airport but will never stay again.

We always stay here before and after flying from DIA. We get plenty of rest and relax in the spa/pool. Staff is always so helpful and understanding to our needs.

Vey Very Poor Internet speed. Much like Dial Up. I called the front desk and was told, "Yes, Even the Business center computer is slow " No chance of opening or sending attachments. Then I called down and asked if there was a channel number guide to which TV channels were which. I was told I just needed to scroll through to see what I wanted to watch. Next I wanted to catch the 9 am Shuttle to the airport. The shuttle showed up at 9:10 and then proceeded to stop at other hotels and pick up other people and baggage. By the time I was dropped off at my airline and checked through security they were closing the door on the plane. If I knew they serviced a bunch of other hotels I would have taken a Cab. Lastly, I was in room 405 but they had me listed under someone elses name and would not change it. It's a nice newer hotel but they have a lot to learn before I would stay there again. Business travelers run tight schedules and this hotel has no clue about that.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my hotel room and found such lovely accomodations. The bed was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The colors and furniture in the room were also inviting and relaxing. I had a hard time leaving early in the morning as I wanted to stay longer. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in giving me travel directions. They helped to relieve some of my anxieties as it was my first time to this area.
Thank you for a stress-less experience! I hope to be back.

The linens were so thin it didn't feel like you even had a cover on the pillows. I haven't seen a Holiday Inn before with the linens this worn. Room was nice, clean , staff great, just need to upgrade the linen.

I stay at Holiday Inns and Holiday Inn Express whenever possible, I know I will get a clean comfortable room and the service will be good. This hotel in Denver also lived up this this.

With a delayed flight, I was stranded in Denver without my luggage. My options were to sleep in the airport or use up some of my hard earned priority club points which I decided to do. As I had a presentation to give the following day (that I would be 3 hours late to), and not having any additional clothes or shaving kit, I hoped to get a hot shower and a few hours of sleep....and that was about all I received.
What I didn't receive was a welcome (it seemed more like I was an inconvenience#. I requested a wake up call.#never came through#, I requested personal items, shaving / toothbrush, comb etc....#staff didn't know where these were located..managed to find a few items#, I didn't received any contact from the manager of the hotel after expressing my concern with guest relations #Its been almost a month since guest relatiions said I would hear from someone).
I did however, receive a $10.00 charge to my American Express card for some unknown reason. Again, I expressed this concern almost a month ago...no response from the hotel.
When sleeping in the Denver Airport starts sounding like a good option, you know something is wrong.

We live several hours from the airport and this is a great location to stay when flying out early or getting in late. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly, and the hotel it self is clean. There is a restaurant next door in the Holiday Inn and others nearby.

checked into room around 11pm, i use O2 at night went to plug in the machine and found sex toys, called front desk only room. had a private talk with manager next morning told her about the toys, dust, ragged towles she said it would be fixed. got back to room about 10pm that night nothing changed called front desk no room called ing they told me to talk to manager said i already had, nothing they can do as long as i am checked in. next am sat no manager told clerk to call her manager called several hours later and complained she had to go to her kids soccer game and a b-day party and has no time for this. goes on and on i wish i could add pics.

My thanks to your staff for accommodating my son for a tricky stay on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day. He had to drive to DIA from Breckenridge in difficult storm conditions to get his girlfriend to a flight to spend the holidays with her family for the first time in 3 years. At the last minute, they decided that they needed to get down the mountain as soon as he got off work as a bartender and before the roads got even worse. They called and asked me if I had any Priority Club points so they could crash at your hotel until her 8 a.m. flight. When they arrived well after midnight, not only was their room available, but it had been upgraded. They were able to enjoy a short time together, get a little sleep and make their way to DIA with no trouble. Then Jon came back to get several hours more sleep and a "Christmas morning" breakfast before going back up the mountain to work the dinner shift at the restaurant. So far away from family, the Holiday Inn Express made a good memory for Christmas for the two of them, and lessened a mom's concern. So thank you all! P.S. Breakfast choices didn't include mom's egg casserole, thus a slightly lower rating. (-:

Very disappointed in this hotel because of the towels. They looked as if they were placed in a washer with NO detergent. I had to go down to the front desk to get additional towels in order to bathe my small grandchildren. Otherwise, the rest of the room was satisfactory, although I had to use my travel type Clorox cleanup wipes to clean the bathtub before bathing the kids too. Would never want to stay here again......really turned off because of the towels....ugh.

I was a little disappointed that as a Gold member I had to pay $5 a day for parking. At most hotels I have been to this has been included. I would have been very happy if it hadn't been for that one part.

The cable t.v. Went out at 10pm and the staff had no answer as to why or when it would come back on (it did not come back on) when I asked the next morning they again did not offer a reason. The staff did not care that I thought this was an issue for me and did not offer to make it right. I stay at HI a lot and have never had anything like this happen and not have it worked out to my satisfaction. So next time I fly to Denver I won't stay their...and may not use the chain again.

Mark at the front desk when I checked in was courteous, prompt, friendly and the quintessential professional. Kudos for hiring employees like him. He made me feel welcome right away and I could tell he meant it when he told me to let him know if there was anything he could do to make my stay better. I don't often call individual employees out but I felt it needed to be said.
