Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel for the Dickinson Area For those of you not familiar with the North Dakota Oil boom may find some of the service at this hotel a little lacking. If you are, then this hotel is about average for the area. The room service was not up to par with other Holiday Inn's I have stayed at. The issue is that due to the Oil Boom in the area it is very hard to hire and keep good help. So unfortunately the hotel appears to be under staffed or staffed with under qualified personnel especially in the house keeping area. Don't get me wrong. It is a good hotel. My favorite in Dickinson but if you stay at IHG hotels a lot this one will not measure up. It is just the way it goes when anyone that wants a job can have their pick of several. November 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great place to stay I just completed my most recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites and I would highly recommend it. The rooms were clean and comfortable; the breakfast has great choices and the staff was very hospitable, especially Zaine at the front desk who was usually on duty when I came in after work. As a "road warrior" for many years I have stayed in dozens of hotels and this one makes me feel welcome. I have used the indoor pool, hot tub , and fitness room and all were quite nice. I will be traveling to Dickinson for some time in the future and I plan to stay here. November 25, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Worst stay in a long time. First of all I used my hard earned points to get this room for free and feel it was a total waste of them. The windows leaked so bad the howling of the wind kept us up all night. The pool with the tube slide was closed because they said it kept freezing well it probably wouldn't had the temperature been at a descent level we couldn't even swim it was so cold the windows and doors and even the heat vent tubes all had ice in them. So we tried the hot tub. But couldn't because it was so scalding hot. The the tub in our room had hair in it. Obviously not cleaned. I really wish I could get back my points. I guess I'll just use the other chain I have a rewards program through since I have a choice. I've never had such trouble with a property before. I'm sure I'll get one the canned comments that don't ever really do anything. I see these time and time again. November 19, 2014
