Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Worst stay in a long time. First of all I used my hard earned points to get this room for free and feel it was a total waste of them. The windows leaked so bad the howling of the wind kept us up all night. The pool with the tube slide was closed because they said it kept freezing well it probably wouldn't had the temperature been at a descent level we couldn't even swim it was so cold the windows and doors and even the heat vent tubes all had ice in them. So we tried the hot tub. But couldn't because it was so scalding hot. The the tub in our room had hair in it. Obviously not cleaned. I really wish I could get back my points. I guess I'll just use the other chain I have a rewards program through since I have a choice. I've never had such trouble with a property before. I'm sure I'll get one the canned comments that don't ever really do anything. I see these time and time again. November 19, 2014

I've stayed at a few different properties, but I keep coming back to the Holiday Inn Express. The staff is great, friendly and courteous. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The soft and firm pillow option is nice as well. After a great nights sleep, the breakfast is the perfect way to start the day. It's a solid hotel that I keep coming back to. October 28, 2014
