Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay My family and I had a very pleasant stay during a difficult time , our parents funeral on saturday. We were encouraged to use the breakfast table area for a get together before dinner. We shared stories of our parents and pictures were passed around. We were able to do some healing before the funeral the next day. We had a lovely breakfast beore the funeral and a speedy checkout. Thank You for making our stay very settling and we would stay at your hotel in the event of another family get together. September 17, 2014

TV don't offer any Hispanic Chanel's , Place can used some cleaning, mainly on the hallways. I ready was not to impress by this placed, there is a lot of choices around there, so I think twice, before I reserved in your placed. September 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Comfotable bed and great service. A nice place in Chicage. First of all, it's near some markets and resturants. So don't worry about where to go. Then when we checked in, a very nice guy helped us to change room type to 2 beds room. We arrived at midnight, but that staff is still very spiritual and polite to do the check in for us. And Service is good when we ask any help from them. lol.. At last, it's worth to go. I would choose this place again when I come back to Chicago again. Thanks for your great service! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dated hotel but excellent staff The hotel looks very dated, especially from the outside. Inside it's better but there is still something about the decor that looks dated--maybe the dark colors?? The breakfast is ok but it's all processed except for the fruit (oranges, apples, bananas). It's the best they can do with just a microwave available. I can't complain too much because it's free. My fitted bed sheet was too small for the mattress and kept coming off during the night. The heater/air conditioner was very loud when it turned on and off; seemed like an old system. The staff is excellent! September 16, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good but... As a ihg member, I was expecting this to be like the other holiday Inn but unfortunately it wasn't. The room was not as clean as it should be and the room had a funky smell to it. I was thinking maybe because it's an older building but it definitely needs some renovations. In the dining area I noticed some bugs crawling on the floor and the made me not want to eat breakfast there or stay there anymore. Other than that the beds were very comfortable but this holiday Inn needs to look into the smell and bug situation. September 5, 2014
