Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Problems The shower rod that held the shower head kept falling off the wall. None of the outlets worked. The staff didn't help with making the necessary needs for comfort. There was tons of noise from other rooms. Not able to sleep well at all. Food was not out as scheduled by 0600. Wouldn't stay here for the money again. April 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Value Stayed here for one night as we were going to a show in |Dublin. Based on value for money you can't beat this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and a good size. There is free Wi-Fi which all hotels should provide for their guests and breakfast which is adequate is included in the rate. The bus stop for frequent services into the city is a short walk from the hotel. There is also a reasonably priced restaurant in the sister hotel the Crowne Plaza next door and the car park attached to the hotel is very good value. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not great When we checked in I explained that on our last visit the wake up call never happened. I was assured that it would not happen again. We proceeded to our room which was an absolute pig sty. The hallway smelled of urine and the room stunk, the carpet was ragged and stained. We went back to the desk, the clerk went with us to see the room and agreed with us. He gave us another room which was much better. When we checked out in the morning we said the room was fine but very noisy . We were told there was a party in the room next to us and they seemed surprised that we were placed there. I told them I was not impressed that there was no wake up call---again. They said there was no request for it. They took my email address and assured me that the manager would be in touch as he takes these concerns very seriousely. It has been almost a week and I am guessing that the memo is with my 2 requests for wake up calls. All in all, not impressed and will pass it on. April 9, 2015
