Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by spring break This is the second stay at this hotel and we would stay again. It's close to our family that we visit in Edmond and it's great being right off I 35 since we were on a spring break I 35 road trip to Texas. March 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Okay Stay Check in went fine. Room had a noticeable odor (dog?), but turning on the air conditioning helped. Beds and pillows were nice. There was a lack of detail with housekeeping. Food stuck on love seat and stains on the countertops. There was a poor attempt at a remodel at some point. In several places, the holes for light fixtures were cut too big. The hot tub had been filled in with concrete but the emergency stop button was still on the wall. Our key card wouldn't work on the pool door and had to be let in with a key from the front desk. Breakfast was great with lots of options, even pancakes. One other thing I noticed, and I realize it was spring break but, there were kids of housekeeping employees hanging around. March 20, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Missing Privacy Curtain I stayed here last night on my way to TX. There was only a sheer curtain on the windows. There was not any privacy or black out curtains. The room was on the first floor, so what is up with that???? I laid in bed to watch TV and in the dark with the lights on, everyone can see in the room. You need to fix that IMMEDIATELY!!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Restful Nights We stayed three nights and enjoyed the stay. Room was clean, lobby was clean and breakfast area was clean. We just had coffee and a muffin as we were in a hurry but selection looked good. The overall quality of the stay was excellent. March 12, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Desk personal We left a wake up two nights in a row. A rude man answered from the desk. We overlooked it the first night. Did not get a call. That was adjusted on our bill. Second night we reminded the rude man that clocks would change. We received our call an hour late. We did not get bill under the door for checkout. We are elite card members. We were given excuses as for his behavior . Like this hotel and location. Personal is not efficient. We had to wait to check out and were an hour behind anyway. Not sure we will want to stay next year as this is a yearly event we attend. March 11, 2015
